Generally positive dealership repair service experience. The shuttle service was a huge benefit. Technician was thorough in diagnosis and repair. Service advisor was proactive and responsive in communication.
I was very happy with my service at Autonation. I really like Ciara as my Service Advisor! I wish they were a little faster but that's about my only issue.

Purchased a 2019 ford RAPTOR I spoke with the salesman (Tyler) about a rattle. He said service would contact me. I had the truck for 3 weeks and the check engine light came on along with a permanent rattle. I had the truck for 3 weeks. Dropped it off. Will Never buy again with Ford again.
Ciara and her manager were very friendly, professional, kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle and sent me picture of the part that needed replacement before it was replaced. This service center does great work and has a great team.
I recently purchased a New 2023 F-150 from AutoNation Ford and the experience was great. Tyler from sales was patient while showing and explaining the features of the truck, as well as answering any questions and having a good conversation with me. He was able to work out a deal with his manager for me to be able to purchase the truck. James in finance did a great job as well and made the whole process fast and easy to understand. I took my new Expedition Max in for an oil leak and by 10AM they figured out the leak was caused by a loose oil filter. They got the oil changed and delivered the car back to my house all before 10: 45AM. Great customer service from start to finish!

Service was quick and everyone was very helpful, however when I left the dealership I noticed that my tire pressure light had come on and the sensor telling me to get the service which had just been performed had not been reset.
The best car buying experience I’ve ever had- hands down. I was greeted when I arrived, the salesman (Haden) was super chill, very personable and not pushy on trying to sell or upsell anything to me. He was more of a guide than a salesman. The finance guy was very transparent, didn’t add bogus fees like “reconditioning fee” (which BTW, do NOT fall for.
The negotiations were easy and reasonable. I love my new car!
