AutoNation Ford South Fort Worth reviews
13Bought a 2023 Ford ranger here. Great experience. Chris Phillips Is the sale representative and he and his sale manager made the purchase process easy and accommodating. Highly recommended!
Miss. Nina was very kind and clear in her treatment and very helpful.
Thank you so much
Overall I had great experience. Buying a car is fun but can be stressful once you sign up for that loan again. For me, this was my 3rd car so I knew to come with time and patience. Francisco was very helpful and accomodating when showing me the vehicle. I didn't get a strong sales pitch which for me made the experience better. Essentially I wanted to sell the car to myself. The finance team although successful at selling some (not all) warranty did a great job maintaining a positive experience and did all they could to give a good rate and explained warranty options very well. Only advise, be rested and show up with spare time available.
We had a great experience with a AutoNation Ford South Fort Worth. I highly recommend them for anyone in the market for an F series truck. Great value and easy to work with Jonathan is awesome!
I brought my car in for an oil change. And also asked the representative to give me a quote on some tires but when my car was done, she forgot to check on the quote and said that she would email me with the quote later, but I never received the quote.
Efficient and friendly service. Was recommended to AutoNation Ford by a Chevy dealerships Service Manager. That says a lot about the reputation of AutoNation
Tyler Morgan was a great salesman, very knowledgeable about the truck and worked very hard to get us a good deal. Thanks for all your help Tyler!
Horrible experience in getting registered in another state. No one is available once they make the sale - they all disappear. I will change this review if I ever get help.
Our experience was quick, and the employees there were very friendly, polite, and they were very professional in their job
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Do not get your cars serviced at this location I went in March for an oil change and tire rotation and they did not rotate my tires! My front tire has a scuff mark on the rim and it was in the exact same place. Just horrible! To charge over $400 and keep me there for 3 hours just to not complete the service is insane!
I left my car to repair but after 5 days they didn’t start a diagnosis. They are very busy and have no time for new costumers.
Kalyn was great! Easy to deal with, and Great attitude, only downside is I waited about an hour and a half to sign papers.
The GM John Bosco and his team are phenomenal don’t hesitate to buy a car from these guys!
