Customer service was excellent! Bought a pre-owned vehicle and they got us in and out quickly and explained everything. Would buy from them again. I would recommend them for sure!

I wish that I could give this dealership zero stars but they get one just so I can post this comment. Terrible customer service and I haven't even stepped foot in the dealership yet. Andrea Didio and a manager named Tim/Jim are horrible. I called to inquire about a car only to get lied to. I am still waiting for phone calls back but nothing. Then on top of that the woman that answers the phone is rude. I am prepared to purchase a vehicle but I will continue to walk before I spend my money at this location! Good customer service is not what it used to be

Just recently purchased a 2021 Sonata Hybrid limited trim. I knew what I wanted from the get go, so they had the cars ready up front when I arrived. Staff was knowledgeable about the vehicle. I was in and out in three hours from test drive to signing contracts. Very satisfied with my purchase, would highly recommend. They even detailed the car and filled the gas tank before I left! Five stars.

My first time doing business with AutoNation. I give them a 5 star rating. Very efficient and no pushy sales. Bonus was the shuttle service and the driver very pleasant! I will definitely be back for service or a new car!

We had a wonderful experience at AutoNation Hyundai North Richland Hills. They have the perfect blend of professionalism and helpfulness without the high pressure sales which allowed us the time to choose exactly what we wanted. I appreciated the patience of our sales professional Joe, while we looked for what we needed. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding a car that would work best for us. They definitely went above and beyond to find the car that fit our needs— even drove to Oklahoma to get it for us. This is a great place to buy a car!

I had never used AutoNation Hyundai but received a recall on Tucson and they are listed as the closest Hyundai dealership. I called and scheduled an appointment for a vacation day, weeks in advance. Upon arriving I was told that they did not have the part for the recall and would call me when it came in. I have never heard another word from them!

Their service rep was courteous and helpful. Their technicians did a good job although it took them quite a while to find what was causing the problem with my.car. The warranty coverage was excellent.

Some of people over there are not nice specially the financing guy i do not recommend this place for any one seeking a good and respectful treatment.after you buy a car from them you will see the bad side when go back to them.so disappointing experience

Less than 1000 miles on New vehicle we purchased here. They want 400. For a luggage rack and another 150 to install onto the top side rails which are already present on the Luxury or Delux package. (Whatever they call it). And they refused to give the part number. I call BS, but if well they made the BIG SALE straight off the showroom floor. They only got 2 because the sales guy was kind, attentive and respectful while assisting my elderly mother. He alone I would give a 5 to bad the parts sux.

The number given is not a direct line to GM and unable to leave call back number after being transferred.mailbox is full. Not surprising. All we need is a part number to purchase luggage rack elsewhere for 2018 SantaFe Sport.
Hmmmmm! Sport? Why no luggage rack? Not very sporting.

Hyundai Service Advisor Michael Winck was AWESOME. Gave me the play by play scenario, was always up to date on what was wrong with my vehicle, told me exactly how much it would be and when it would be done.

It was easy to get an appointment and they fixed my car easily. The only issue was that when I tried to find out if my car was ready to be picked up it was very difficult to get someone to answer the phone. I was on hold several different times without being helped. I finally just showed up, not knowing if my car was ready or not.

Don't bother making an appointment. It won't guarantee that they will "get to it" that day. My husband spoke with them on two different occasions in order to get them to make our car even remotely on their priority list because "they have a lot of recalls" and they're out of loaner vehicles while they're telling us our vehicle may not be done today. Lack of information or urgency in their customer service has ensured I will never bring my car back here.

The worst car buying experience ever if I could give zero stars I would the car broke down three hours after I purchased it not to mention I drove six hours
From my home town just to buy the car I had to call a tow truck just to get it back home they told me the car came with a 90 day warranty. And come to find out when I got it to my local auto nation they then told me that the car had no warranty due to the fact that there was no paperwork stating that so I called and told them they said sorry the guy you dealt with was new he forgot to have you sign the contract for the. Warranty the general manager was very rude when I called and talked to him Jerry was his name he hung up on me and a salesman called me back the whole experience was horrible I would rather shop in hell than here

The service was fast and very polite. Brett assisted me in n the Service area and he was amazing from the first call to when the service was completed. I had my windshield repaired and they did great! He even cleaned my car without having to ask.

Great service and great team! Even the cashier was one of the most personable and customer focused individuals. It was a great experience and when I buy another car I will come here.

Allen at Autonation Hyundai in NRH Texas was the absolute best. He made sure that any and every concern that I had was taken care of in a timely matter and to the highest standards.
