Went for battery change, they took their sweet time to fix, even though I told them that I am on my way to Sherman. Don't go there if you need quick help.

Worst place ever I go inside w my receipt cause one of there refurbished parts broke I bought in march 2020 and they refused my money back

Horrible experience waiting in line for 30 minutes for a battery exchange. One man persisted on helping me when four other employees just walked around the store and did nothing to help me. He then proceeded to help another customer midway through helping me. Would never return.

Customer service is on point and very kind people. They helped me with all my needs and they were very intelligent minded.

Ciera at the autozone on Broadway and oats is the most amazing employee I've had the pleasure of conversing with. I had previously gone to 4 different autozone with no help but when I came to this one she went out of her way and told me she was gonna find it tonight and not to worry. She was honestly the best autozone employee I've ever dealt with I highly recommend her and to double her current salary

Javid is the man to see. He knows just about anything you can think of when coming to Auto Repair and parts. I will not do any business through anyone but Javid Smith. He's my go to guy at Broadway and Oates! Javid you're awesome my guy! If I could give this location more than 5 stars I would give it a thousand stars! They listen to your complaints and fix it right immediately. If javid wasn't here I would not be using this location! That man deserves to be store manager and commercial manager!

My check engine light came on in my car today. I took it in and they ran a diagnostic test. They were able to tell me what was wrong with the car in less than 5 minutes. There was no charge for this test and the guys were super nice. Thank you Autozone! You saved me from a possible breakdown on an 8 hour drive that I am about to have to make with 4 dogs.

Employees believe they work for city 1 on the front and 3 or 4 on the back talking, laughing, joking and everything is heard up front. When there are 6 or 7 people waiting, not only people online also the only person attending that has to attend the phone that is very irritating.and logically the person who is in front only says NO that part we do not have it.without trying to seek or orient you.because he has to continue attending to the rest of the people

Very helpful explained everything to me so I could understand, I am a woman and don't know much about car problems so it's helpful when I understand what's wrong and what I need to tell a mechanic when i take my car to be serviced. Lines move pretty quick

This is my primary source for auto parts. The employees are knowledgeable about the right parts for my truck and car. The manager is especially helpful and trys to please the customers.

They could actually KNOW ABOUT AUTOS! I didn't expect to talk with an ASE certified mechanic but for god sakes know the basics!

AutoZone had been my first choice for Auto parts for well over 20 years. They have a wife selection of items you need and if they don't have it in store, they can order it and have it there in less than one day

Great service and knowledge from the staff. Great options for self service auto repair, fluids and accessories. Their warranty and Autozone club are tied to your contacts so returns and history are easily managed.

Like most AutoZone's it is immaculate.incredible, informative service and competitive pricing. They'll diagnose your car for free. And even lend you the tools you need to fix it if they have them on site for free! They never disappoint.

Good place for when you need to get some quick detail spray or spray paint or maybe a part for your car they even loan tools out with a deposit
