Really bad people that don't know how to attempt the customers it just left us standing and they don't even say can I help you bad bad bad

Eric H.at this location was amazing. He was able to change my headlight bulb when countless shops couldn't. Great customer service we need more people like him at AutoZone

Currently there is a pathetic lazy group of workers at this store location. They won’t take the battery off to check it or even come out the store to hook the tester to the battery. Heck, they don’t even assist customers at the help desk like other locations. All the employees do in this Autozone store is draw a check. This store location could shut down for all we care. Irving wouldn’t miss it at all!

Outstanding helper/cashier/CSR! Thank you so much for finding new wiper blades and asking me if I needed help!? He put them on and continued being a great help to other customers. I was encouraged to come back into Auto Zone and also buy a steering wheel cover! The next cashier was not so nice but that's ok. I will return.

Went there today to get a brake bulb issue fixed for m y daughters Escape. George C.was excellent in every way getting the issue fixed. The access to the bulb on this car not easy but George persisted and did a great job while very friendly the entire time. This is why always go to this Auto Zone. Quick efficient friendly service

My truck wouldn’t start after returning home from a long vacation and I had to Uber to this location twice. The service and concern I received is to be commended. My visits were on 08/28/18.

Not one employee greeted me or tried to assist me. They are suppose to greet you within 30 sec of entering the store but I felt as if i was invisible.

Went in for a check engine light. Chris helped me and he was super friendly and so helpful. Will come back

Excellent place for automotive parts in them to let you know if there's something going on with your car with the scanner read out

It was a bit of a wait because apparently a worker had disappeared, but they were able to assist me.

Auto zone is usually great. This store is SLOOOOOW. I will still shop at Auto Zone just not this store.

They have the products of AutoZone. But the customer service is honestly not that great. Is hear nothing but apathy in their voice.

The staff was 100 percent professional and awesome they are sorry the city has stopped them from letting anyone work on their cars in the parking lot not their choice

I needed a cap & one Autozone didnt have it but called another Autozone close & had them hold the part for me.

Very bad customer care. I went there to charge my battery at first they said you charge the when you drive but i insisted to charge they say bring battery and we will charge and when i tried to take out the battery my self they didnt have tools. Dont visit this place headache only

Very unprofessional staff. They will provided you with the wrong parts and recommendations for simple things that one would think they were required to know. Furthermore if you are a woman the men who work here will attempt to get your number and be overly sexual with you. As I went in to simply get a tool the staff member was so busy eye fu*%ing me that he gave me the wrong tool which I ended up having to return and just go to Home Depot to pick out. Zero stars for the unpleasant experience. The store owner was also very unkind and became very frustrated when looking up a receipt to the tool his worker sold me and failed to give me the receipt to.

They didn't have everything I wanted, but they had the important stuff. Staff is friendly and helpful, store is laid out fairly well.

All the employees and also the Idiot manager needs to go back to school and or behaviour class. Lacks professionalism, online stock never matchs with shop inventory. Every product is a open box. Joke.

Very helpful staff. One employee happened to be outside and helped me before I had a chance to ask. Even brought it tools from his own car.
