These guys are so friendly and so helpful. I was in a frenzy so I honestly don't remember their names and I feel bad for that but they were all very honest, friendly and helpful. They got me safe on the road again. Very grateful and will definitely be back!

Bought a new battery last week and didn't have the old battery with me, was told to just bring it up and get refunded the core charge when I was able.brought the old battery up today just to be told they didn't have any cash smaller than a $20 bill and the core refund was $19.49 so they told me to go to a different store cause they couldn't help me, very inconvenient. Will not be going back to this store and will be driver further to go to the other location who was very nice and apologized several times for the situation

Angel was fantastic. Im an older woman who needs help. He replaced my bulbs and taped over my cracked tail light. And they were swamped. Took care of all the customers and phone calls calmly courteously and efficiently. This is my go to store from now on.

Ordered a part online and picked up in store. Unfortunately, it didn't work but they did have the right one that did. The clerk was thorough in finding the right one. Very grateful for his help.

Wrong parts twice. Had to wait 3 days just to find out the parts they special ordered were wrong. Employees on personnel cell phone calls while trying to help customers. Just all around bad service.

Guy was more interested in his girlfriend sitting up there eating than helping paying customers I would suggest going across the street to AutoZone they were much more helpful.

I just started Window Cleaning for the rufe Snow location. Great and fun environment to work around the staff are courteous and pretty cool

The store manager Richard was very helpful in helping me diagnose the problem with my vehicle. His advice and guidance helped me in making the repairs myself. He saved me at least $200 in labor costs. I'm so grateful.

Amazing friendly knowledgeable staff. This is a must goto place if you have questions or need help. They’ll install your battery too. Go see the manager Richard and he will help you with anything you need.

I most thanks Richard, Paige and Jorge for their excellent customer service and humanity. We had one of those bad days and these 3 employees made me to want to be part of their team with such service happiness and good vibes we felt in the store. They showed a smile, team work, communication skills and 100% extra mile to assist us. That is what I call making the difference. Even we experience a bad service from another employee named “Rikki”.
Richard the Manager assure me he will handle the situation and apologize on behalf “Rickki”. I have already choose this store as a my favorite Auto Zone store!

A. K. A. VatoZone. I'm only putting one star only because zero is not an option. The customer service is poor. Nobody there knows the products on the shelf, and they will do anything to make a sale, even if it means that they have to make somthing up or lie about it. I avoid this place as much as possible.

Great people! Tested my car battery, loaned me tools to replace it, and recommended an excellent shop when it proved too difficult.

Like any autozone they had the parts I needed, but even with 3 people working they had a long line and took way to long to check people out. I could hear more employees in the back, but those managers stayed hidden as customers stood in a long line.

The only time I came to this location was when I was helping repair a friends car. I brought her battery in to have it tested. They didn't even hook it up. They looked at the indicator on the battery and said "It's good". Took that battery to another parts store and they tested it for me. Dead as a doorknob!

On several occasions, one employee will say they don't have a part, take it to a shop, etc and just blow us off, then another employee will tell us the complete opposite. They need to get everyone on the same page and make sure they know what their own store sells.

Nice place. Been going there for years both professionally and personally. One bad thing is the employees that I loved to come and talk to are all gone.
