Terrible service.
I understand that auto parts stores aren’t in the business of warm cuddly customer care, but when you’re the only customer in the store, and walk up too the register with 3 workers standing there, you should be able to get one of them to acknowledge you and check you out. 3 workers, 1 customer, and the customer has to leave without one word spoken by an Yorker. Ridiculous.

A little disappointed with the service received at this location.and this wouldn't be the first time. I came in to buy some motor oil only to be told its not being sold at this location. When I said it shows online as available at this location, the manager said its not, without even checking the inventory. So I drove to 5 other autoparts stores including 2 other AutoZone locations, only to be told again to check with the Hwy 6 / West Rd location as it shows they have 3 of the 5 qts on hand. I even had another store manager call and put it on hold for me at this location until I could return here. Upon my arrival back, I explained that I am here for the oil and no one knew anything about and denied getting a phone call from another location recently. Finally a lady came out from the back and said that they do have it in stock. It would be nice if the management at least checked for item stock before sending a customer away. I ended up purchasing 2 - 5 qt jugs since I was in a pinch with my racecar, but from now on will be taking my business to other autoparts chains. Bad enough the oil is already priced higher here than competitors, but poor business practice does not help the cause.

The assistant manager was very polite and willing to help me as I knew nothing about the interior. He didn't know much either but he was still able to help me to the absolute best if his ability. And I fully respect him for that.

Nice people, the prices are not amazing but the employees are very friendly and mostly welcoming. Came to pick up sum Fluids for my car and my cheap face mask ripped outside the store. A employee saw and gave me a new mask so I can purchase my goods and get on with my day. Thanks.

Called in tonight 9: 45pm.person who answered in english but needed to speak to someone in Español for a client. When client or potential customer asked employee who answered the phone if spoke spanish? Your customer service rep answered appropriately "Well I haven't forgotten, " this was not acceptable and unprofessional. Very poorly service on phone.

Went in to get a light for my truck thinking I was going to see a sales person that would just sell me the light but Trevis was there! He was friendly, very helpful and even put the new light on my truck! I was surprised when I've been to this auto zone before the sales person was not interested in helping at all! Trevis made my day, I thought he was manager because of his professionalism. I hope every time I go to autozone I find someone like him!

Best auto zone ever! Customer service was remarkable!
Juan and Tareek are two friendly sales associates with positive energies that are well spoken yet listened! They genuinely acknowledge my needs. I would say if your not close to this location, those guys make its worth the drive even if your buying or asking something small and simple.

They were very friendly and helpful. They provided fast and accurate assistance for my problem that was then given to the repair shop for immediate repair which I am sure saved me money.

It's the Walmart of auto parts.they might have what you need, but if people are coming in asking questions, FORGET about checking out for a while.

I purchased a car battery and after charged I have to wait about 30min because the guy had not get permission from onsite manager to go out to replace the battery. If I had known, I would have gone to another location.

Thought I would give a shout out for helping me with my battery. My battery was dead, so I took it by the store after a jump. They promptly validated that it was a dead battery. Person patiently worked on getting the old battery out and new one in. Great attitude and service orientation!
My G37 is poorly designed for battery access, and it took an hour. Thank you for taking the extra time and getting me back on the road this morning!

Bought a radiator hose and another customer who shops there often even replaced it right there for us! He said he shops there because it's the best place to go when he needs parts. Ours too now.

I ordered something and the AutoZone employee gave me a specific date and time to pick up the item but when I pass by they told me that the order wasn't there. At least the new attendant offered a courtesy call when the item arrives.

I usually don't do reviews but I really didn't want this time to go unnoticed. My car was giving problems starting up and I figured my battery was dying so I stopped by this store to get a new one, the girls in the store we very professional and helpful and they even replaced the battery for me (yeah, I felt embarrassed). Well. My starter completely gave up on my car and my car wouldn't start so again the girls at this store went out of their way to try to figure out the problem and they even helped me push my car to the shop next door to fix it (yeah, felt embarrassed. Again). Seems like people are always willing to post negative reviews and not the positive. Thank you again Wendy and team

The fat lazy manager made me wait while he took 10 other customers after I already waited my turn in line. You can tell shoot is because he's fat looks miserable and wears glasses
