Bad customers services, they try to sales somenthing that you dont want or dont need. That include the manager Cesar, I asked for manager discount, He said get this 2nd part and I will give you 10% at the end try to trick me with the price.

Jose C is one of the manager provides the worst service ever drop in a battery to get charge said it was bad took it somewhere else to test need to be recharge - Good Battery.

This man went above and beyond helping me fining parts was no where to be found, words cant explain how i am appropriated to this guy. 10 stars

LAZY. I called two times and was placed on hold for more than 10 minutes and then it just hung up. LAZY

False hours there a 23 hour place of business. Close between 12am to 1am wuz up with that? Its takes a hour to set up for the next day really sound ls like a excuse for the employees to steal money from the company getting paid for being on break from what i see. Im only here for a light that no one else sales this time of night. Maybe o'Reilly's can step up to the plate and with a 24 hour place

This is the only AutoZone that's open 24 hours. It can take a while for you to get service.but it's a pretty good score overall. You can rent tools from here.

It's nice to find a 24 hour auto parts because you never know when your car will breakdown.thank you AutoZone

Went between 4-5am, and there was a female named Vivian working there. She seemed extremely uninterested in helping me, and was more concerned about her phone call—she was on the phone the entire time I was in the store. The guy working helped me and another customer while Vivian was on the phone. Never going back

Went in to return an item I purchased a few days before and they had a full blown investigation before I got my refund. Even though I had my receipt and same card I paid with.

There is a couple young employees one mexican boy and a mexican realy short girl that needs to find another job thay have no clue about automobiles

They didn't charge the battery like they was supposed to do. Plus they said their Tester was not working

Good visit overall. Clean and tidy location. Friendly staff. Every time I visit, their soda machine needs attention. For example, the Sprite be was out of syrup on my previous visit, and the fanta orange was out of syrup. Therefore, carbonated water is what was dispensed to customers and it's not a good taste.

The salespeople were very courteous and knowledgeable. We were able to purchase everything that we needed.

Went to this Autozone because it was 24 hours (even has a neon sign saying it's 24 hours), only to find that they aren't actually open 24 hours.

I hate going there when the female manager is there. She's rude, ghetto, has an attitude and always has some profane music playing on her phone while helping customers. She reeked strong of marijuana when she got of her jeep to tell customers "45 mintues" until their system comes up which is a lie because when the other manager is there it never takes that long.its a day and night difference. Hire people that actual enjoy their job, cause she obviously doesn't.

This place has gone down hill. A bunch of kids behind the counter. I took back a $50 part shortly after they opened. They told me to come back after lunch because he had no cash. This review is for the store on town east Blvd in mesquite.

Quick staff who are very polite and helpful. I came, wandered around for a second and a staff member came my way to ask if I needed help finding anything. I told him what I was looking for and he directed me to the small line and then helped me find the valve I needed. All my questions were answered, I paid and left. No fuss, no delay, quick and great service

Horrible experience. I have been a daily customer of AutoZone for 8 years in my town. I went to this location for the first time ever tonight because it was after midnight and they are open 24/7. Black T is the managers name and he is a complete dick. Horrible customer service
