AutoZone, San Antonio TX

These guys always have an attitude. Will continue to make the drive to the Bandera location or competition. Went to have battery tested, clerk tells me yup, its the battery. Made no attempt to sell me one or come back in and see if it was under warranty. Even after I told him it was their brand.

Went into auto zone and Had warranty and the female refuse to give me a new battery. She claims that I have something else wrong with my jeep. Nope I don't. She is not a mechanic. Just because she took a small class she thinks she is an expert. Plus the other female was filrting with an ghetto male. Do I have to be a male and ghetto to get good service?

Long story short I had a great experience. Thought I needed new battery but only needed to do better job on cleaning cable. Employees were friendly and helpful, something I usually don't find at some of the other stores.

I am so fortunate to have came here to this location. Marianne helped me so much and also helped me understand how to look into filters for my cars. Being a girl I never got helped before. I couldn't be more happier with her knowledge and her educating me. Definitely recommend to check out this location!

Needed new brake light but had no torx wrench. Salesman kind enough to assist and provided necessary tools for replacement. Now that is above and beyond customer care.

AutoZone on Culebra and Callaghan was helped by female employee and she went out of her way to helping us replace a battery she was very helpful

Got good car repair referral & battery & terminals to fix car. Didn’t have much of a wait time & Raul gave great service help on which battery is best with extended warranty.

Never get good service when i am here, went inside to get a part that they couldnt help with and now sitting outaide... Decided to call and have been sitting outside on hold on the phone for 20 minutes

Nice place for the area and accessible from different area. Friendly and helpful people for customers.

Never been there in person, but when I tried calling, they kept me on hold for over 15 minutes. And the second time the guy was really rude on the phone.

A few employees could be more helpful and speak when you enter the door instead of acting like they don't see you.

The management is extremely rude and it takes forever to get waited on the location.it's took me 2hours wait and after that they messed up and wanted me to wait more to fixed that.will never visit here

They have parts you may need for your car. If you're looking for someone to give you great service it's not there, it's just okay. Returns are long and tedious, I understand it's car parts and that could be very costly for AutoZone. Not great but not the worst either.

Had everything I needed all the tools and all the parts one time stop do you have to go back and forth thank you for everything great job guys

The salesperson tried and insisted I buy than what I actually went for in the first place. It is not good.

I been coming here since the day this location open up my family would always go when i was a child now i took over the family truck and i wouldnt go anywhere else for my auto parts

I order break pads online to pick up at this location. I waited 3 days and i called them if my item have arrived. They said yes. I go there and they say the order is wrong and i had to wait for the manager to come back.

The management is extremely rude and it takes forever to get waited on unlike the Ironsides location.
