Great service. Tested a car battery for me, ordered battery i needed, called me later on the same day when new battery came in. Nice folks

Had people waiting in line closer than 6ft. The virus is at a all time high but yet people are crammed together in one place, they do have a lot of parts though, to reply drom the reply, the store is great, it is the people/custumers that needs to be aware of their surroundings

Workers were ok. Not the most knowledgable. Also dont have the commercial acts available here in farmers branch so kinda hurt not having that available

Be careful don’t even waste your time taking your battery to charge cuz they will tell you that it didn’t hold the charge’. They never put them to charge all they want is to sale you a new one!
It happened to me twice and i give a jump start with my other car and still have the same battery running like new

Nice location, parts are arranged a little different than my usual one, but found everything I was looking for quite quickly. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Place is deceptively large with a wide selection of tools, parts, and accessories. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area in need of parts.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Helped me read the the engine error code and then diagnose the problem to see what next steps I might need to take should be. Would go again.

Very helpful staff every time I go in even when I have no freaking idea what I need or even what the problem is, always come away with at least something pointing me in the right direction. Only thing is sometimes the employees are way far in the back and it's hard to get their attention.

Always have what i need.very helpful the staff always seems to be very knowledgeable. I drive a 93 Dodge Astro van and it breaks down a lot so I go there quite often best prices in town

Got what i needed from this store. Wish thst other stores were as helpfull. Every time i go to different ones they always suck at customer service and dont really appreciate the customer as they should. Here they are very helpful. Great place

This place is okay, the staff really don't know much about cars. I would recommend going to O'Reillys when possible.

Excellent service as always. In less than 10 mins Sergio had identified the problem and replaced my battery for me. I drive a mile further to this location because of the great service. Thank you!

I have been to this particular AutoZone location several times and have always been impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. I have utilized other locations before that are closer to my workplace, but I prefer to wait until I get home to use this location because the staff is more more friendly and helpful than other locations in Plano and Richardson that I have been to.

Not a good visit.cashier guy had very little "people skills", didn't seem to care about selling me the correct item and wasn't what I've grown to expect from Autozone. Having the vulgar rap music blaring through the speakers did not help improve the experience. Won't be back here again.

Fast service, best price for the part I needed and employees were polite and store was clean including the parking lot.

Silvia D.went above and beyond today. She saw me looking lost in the store, helped me find the lights I needed & she even cane out in this TX sun and changed my rear turn signal lights for me. Thank you to this store and your friendly staff.

Terrible service, they guys are always jerks and they never answer the phones or if they do pick up and hangup. O'Reilly's is cheaper anyway and have nice service.
