Christina was great in helping with my order
She went above and beyond to get the parts to me
My truck was broke down in a motel parking lot and she made sure that I had everything needed
I had been trying to get a ride to the store for five hours and she was so great to get the parts to me
I recommend if anyone needs parts go the Auto Zone on Garth Rd in Baytown
Also be sure to ask for Christina you can’t go wrong

Not happy with them. I need my car put on the diagnostic machine and it was handed to me to do it my self! THAT'S WHY I CAME TO THEM!

I'm actually torn because i go here all the time and normally the staff are great however, on my latest visit the employee was rude and lazy. I'll give them one more try but if i get that treatment again i will have to go to another store.

Different locations, different ways to help the costumer some nice some just "enough "

Went to find a battery no one else carried. Not only did they have it, they also installed it for free. That was my first time there, but will definitely be back.

This place has what you need and prices are reasonable. My 3 star review is based on no one to help checkout, and answer phones. The Lines were backed up. 2 people working are not enough.

Busy place but they try to help everyone in a timely manner. If people would learn to look for the things they need before asking for help, they might figure it out theirselves instead of tying up employees.

A place for all of your auto needs. Employee's are courteous and helpful in helping you find what you need or if you have any questions on any item that you are trying to buy. The only problem I notice is that there are not enough employee's working to help customers quicker. They are hiring at this location if anyone is interested in working here.

Very helpful cashier. The young lady was also displayed patience with me & my friend, as she assisted us in buying the correct items for the car. We never felt rushed or ill informed due to her assistance. We both really appreciated that. Really, her patience will cause me to refer others to THIS particular AutoZone, as I know first hand that the staff really wants to fit each customer with the correct part that they need.

Went in for one little thing, only 2 people working and 2 customers ahead of us and we stood there for what seemed like 20 minutes and finally gave up and left. This store needs help.

We were traveling through on our way to corpus when our car broke down. The people at this store have been extremely helpful and instrumental in helping us get TWO cars back up and running so we could get home!

Autozone really needs to step their game up, 1st person in line and waited over 30min in line with no service. Alot of people behind me just left their stuff and left, and I ended up doing the same thing.
OReilly never failed to me. Don't bother coming to this store. Also some employees just walked by ignoring us waiting

We got there right before they closed and the guy working stayed late to help me put my car battery back in.

I received top notch service and assistance. I would have rated 5 stars but the store seemed short staffed so the wait was lengthy.
