Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I don't come to Brownsville often except for business at an industrial location near this store. When I need something this store is there to help.
4 Solid Stars, very friendly they had my part they ordered it without a deposit if any kind people in the store seemed to be very knowledgeable and again very friendly. They actually had my number on file when I had lived in Oregon. I needed a fuel filter 4 my diesel Volkswagen and some people don't even carry it yes it's one of the Scandal cars but I do love it very much.
This is my go to auto parts store, I will check other places for prices but AutoZone has earned my business and unless there's a significant difference I will buy from them.
Only one employee attending the store. Waited for 15 min. Approximately before being helped. Employee had a good attitude and was fast.
I am an Auto Zone man. I don't have a problem with the other guys, it just feels friendlier to me.
Most of time has been a great service but those 2 ladies Stephanie and the manager I guess spend a lot of time talking in conversations not related to merchandise or services when they have a long line waiting and waiting

This place has tons of workers and all of them are idiots. They avoid customers when you walk in, and the dude who tried to help me out was clueless. Not worth it. Go elsewhere. 1 star mang!
The 2 employees working today around 7pm were extremely helpful. Went in to buy a spark plug for my weed eater that walmart didn't have. One of the employees went above and beyond, with a lot of patience, to find me a spark plug that matched the one I was looking for.
They have 5 people working, 4 of them messing around 1 taking care of customers. Always rude. Always have to order parts from HUB. Drive another minute down the road to Orileys.
