AutoZone, Atascocita TX

Well, AutoZone #3509 in Atascocita hit it out the ball park again! I needed a head light that they had in stock (Yay) and then showed my husband how to install it. The associates at this store really help when you need it! Thanks Karl for doing such an awesome job. This is the place to go, if want you want the right parts & assistance with a smile!

They're great cause they're AutoZone, but I take social distancing and mask-wearing seriously and it wasn't done by the very own lead man of the store. Neither was it strictly enforced. One guy was able to go in there pulling his shirt over his nose which would've been better that nothing has he been consistent with it. Another guy was probably told to get his mask cause I had seen him leave and then come right back as I was entering the store at first. Seemed a little disgruntled and uncooperative cause as he walked throughout the store he just kept his mask in his hand and not on his face. Both of these men had conversations with the workers there. But I know it's gotta be a tough job for the workers to keep having to enforce it upon people who don't want to listen and cooperate. I just seen other stores pull it off though and want disappointed here that I was very close to just leaving my things and ordering it for curbside delivery, which is definitely the route we should all go from here for any who care to take their measures of precaution during this pandemic, for the sake of themselves and their families.

Always a great auto parts store for DYI mechanics unless you need rotors turned. Then you can get that done at O'Reilly

Steve was extremely helpful. He showed me how to replace my bulb/running headlight and checked my air filter. Exceptional customer service. I will be returning my business.

This store is awesome, some people need to be let go or transferred away, but the other guys are great

Very good shop we have been trading here for years. They saved our bacon again, Wal-Mart battery was bad, Wal-Mart said it was good, they checked it bad and we were off and running no more problems.

Always have what I need at an affordable price, in addition the staff assists and look into your problems so it can be resolved.

I love the guys in that particular store. They're very knowledgeable, friendly, and they don't mind helping the customer save $$$.

A lady in the morning was so rude, I was trying to get a belt for a mixer machine but she told me that it was to difficult and to much work to try to find it with out a number, but, then a guy came to help me with everything, so professional, am giving 5 stars just for his help

If you are looking for a filter, oil or something quick.go to Walmart. AutoZone has everyone in the same line. You have to wait for all the folks researching problems and asking for advice, before you can pay for your filter.

After having the fool's at 'oh really's" close early and go hide in the back, these guys were willing to stay late and help me install two new batteries in my truck! And they had some top shelf batteries to choose from all in-stock!

So David B and a young man with blonde short hair reallllly helped me out. They both put in a lot of work on my car. David tightened my battery down and put some Shams on it for me. I know nothing about cars and he educated me in several things too! I bought a battery jump starter just in case earlier and it turns out that I only needed to spend $1.89 on a sham for the connection to the battery. Anyways I just wanna say thank you to all of you at this store. You all helped me quite a bit!

Autozone needs to figure out management when it comes to running there store. There is always big wait times and they never have there inventory correct.

Auto parts place. Lots of auto stuff. Good selection of doohickies to make your car yours. Great tool loan option. It's free if you return the tools.

This place is pretty busy most of time, or at least feels that way because there tends to be a line for the registers pretty consistently. Usually they have the parts that I need, though lately I've had to go elsewhere more often than normal. Also their code scanner was broken a couple of times and it was pretty frustrating that they only have one. All of that said, the customer service here is very good, they're willing to help and patient in helping you get to the correct answer.

Came in after 8 to have my check engine light tested. Wouldn't help me because there was only 2 people working.either they didn't want to help me.or they need to hire more folks. JS. I will not be returning to this Auto zone fpr NEThang. Ever.

Worse AutoZone I have ever stepped foot in. No customer service no curtosy an no knowledge of actual vehicle maintenance. Worse service ever!

Beth really went above and beyond to give me the best consumer experience. This Autozone is amazing and I'd recommend it to anyone. You wouldn't expect to receive such a welcoming feeling from an Autozone. Beth is very knowledgeable and I will continue to come back!
