You have to wait to long to check out or to get parts and the employees are uneducated there just sales people

Very rude and condescending. They were helping me outside and let some guys jumó in front of me. The parts manager, Jose, talks to you like you’re an idiot. Why would I come in for help to be spoken to like an idiot? Joshua was the one that let people hop in front of my. He was rude to people that called in as well. Don’t recommend coming here at all.

I’m berry sad to say this about this store but the way I was treated was just not right I was there to recharge a battery that I had buy from there previously and a employee made me wait for a long time because “he was taking care of some other customers” and had the audacity too said to one of the “costumer that Mexican can wait” he didn’t want to give me his name so I left

Great help late in the evening on a weekend. They were great help and the lady was on top of her game. She made it simple and fast solving my issue with my garage door opener.

Ordered a part a week ago still no part in my hand because they lost it! This is the 2nd time this week i have gone to this store and still no part and it's a special order part so now i'm waiting another 4 days. Uggggh, but the lady helping me tonight was nice and tried but still

Didnt have my part after it said they had it in stock on the internet. Then wanted me to drive a few miles to another auto zone. OReillys is right next door and had my part.

Very helpfull & friendly staff. Particular thanks to Mr Robert Vasquez, who jump started my car, charged my batteries, and advised me on my bad alternator.

Walked in asked for a part. Was quoted a lower price earlier. The guy checked with his manager and have it to me at the quoted price. Less that 5 minutes

Shity service i mean bad the ppl follow you round like your stealing but when you ask for help the are blind and death

Went around 4pm and like always, place is packed and there is not enough staff. But that manager was super woman. She handled two registers the phone and was calm cool and collected.
So yeah i did have to wait in line but not a big deal. Great manager.

Nice clean atmosphere, friendly staff, they acknowledge you when you walk in! And provide excellent customer service and knowledge of your vehicle maintenance and repairs! And help you out in a timely manner!

The staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I come in. The only problem I have is the wait. Sometimes it can be 10 minutes or more even when the store is practically empty.

Friendly, helpful employees, if they don't have the part you need, they'll tell you where to get it or order it for you

Depending on the time of day and who helps you, you could be in and out quickly. Otherwise you might have to call in the phone while your in the store to get help.

Friendly staff clean store, you will wait in line because corporate doesn't allow adiquate staffing.

Some long hair guy with glasses is very rude. He exchanges bad parts for customers an gives them money an parts. He slides parts to his friends I been there an watched the things he was doing. I was there for over 30 minutes an nobody ever offered to help. A lady n a red shirt margaret is her name she just got to work put her stuff up clocked n an helped me out. She was very helpful an showed me where everything was that u was looking for. Will b back because of her. Thank u.

The women there work harder than most of those men employees. They are VERY slow in getting people through the line. One employee inside one in the back one outside the phone will ring and ring and ring before someone picks up. Very unorganized system of staff
