AutoZone Auto Parts, Princeton TX

This has to be the best Auto Zone I've been to in the DFW area. They've usually got what I need and get it for me in short order when they don't have it. The employees here are knowledgeable and the worst service I've experienced is a long wait because they were extremely busy.

This place has always been wonderful to me. They go out of their way to be helpful. And they listen to help understand the problem with the vehicle. And run a diagnostic check if needed. If they don't carry the part you need they will recommend where you can get the part. Thank you AutoZone.

Great place to buy Auto parts, had warranty on parts from Dallas and thier staff just change it, good customer service. Steve is the best manager always helped me for parts and questions.

I have repeatedly received exceptional customer service at this Auto Zone! They go above and beyond. Plus they're friendly, they genuinely care, are very helpful & are just kind folks. Only parts store that'll get my business (& money) in this area!

This is my local store and I have never had a bad experience here. Most items I have needed has been in stock and the rare part that needs ordered has been easy to get and comes the next day. I have needed a specialty tool it has been available and hassle free to borrow.

I have never been to such a terrible Auto Zone in my life.maybe it's a Texas thing. I had an indicator light out for my front headlight.seemed like it should be easy. I tried to look up the bulb myself but their website was down. When I went in 2 men were working and I stood in the store for 10 minutes without as much as a "someone will be right with you". Finally a young guy asked me what I needed. I told him about the indicator light and that I was unsure of which light it was. He sold me some bulbs but naturally they didn't fit and I had to immediately return them. I remember the days when they would actually come out to your vehicle to help, but not for me. I guess they were too busy helping the man in the store with his battery problem then help a woman with a simple headlight issue. I will go to O'Reilly's from now on.
