This is one of the best autozone stores because of Desi, the store manager, who is very kind and would like to go extra miles to help customer. I used to go to another auto shop because one of the staffs was really good, but that shop's new staff was not so helpful as the one who helped me, so I have to find a new shop. Now, I don't have to search any more. This autozone shop is my new favorite. I'll stick to this one as long as they keep providing good services. I highly recommend this autozone shop to everybody!

New staff from my previous visits. The store manager was dismissive, short and unwilling to help. I asked a question and the first response was a firm NO.
Once I mentioned how often I shop here she did exchange my battery but with minimal interaction. She placed the battery on the ground and said "there you go". She also said my warranty would be affected but didn't say how.

I stopped by for assistance on Saturday and received the best customer service EVER from the manager Dezi. He went above and beyond without hesitation. A true gentleman. Very much appreciated!

WAYYY better than the o'rileys down the street, store is bigger, customers service is far superior, computer parts system is super fast, the guys/gals here are always trying there best to bring you the best experience. Store layout is great too, i couldn't recommend it anymore!

Stopped in because my Coolant reservoir cap was broken. Michael was a huge help and even assisted me with fixing it in the parking lot.

They are the definition of slow. I’m not sure if they are lacking auto experience or just common sense. Been 3 times and 30 min wait each time. I just went for a check engine light and one of the workers told me I had to wait an hour while her coworker was installing a battery. If you work there and are doing nothing, why are you unable to do it? Going to O’Reillys

Problems fixed! I had already been to two other stores and had 3 different men look at the headlights issue but it was Rico who finally got my truck back to working quickly. Josh and Tim were helpful while I waited * got me and chair while I fed my baby. They didn't sell me any unnecessary products. Now I am safe to drive back on the roads. Thanks guys.

The employees are great, Mike really knows how to make you feel welcome there and takes the time to make sure you have the best experience and service. He's been my go to guy for years.

Not good service. Arrived and waited 55 minutes for help with a battery issue.they kept saying wait until my associates returned, one did and he said wait for the next associate who’ll be here in 20 minutes, as they wanted to take care of other customers. My last review of this place was stellar, this has an been awful experience. And I won’t be returning! The manager Sandra is awful at managing her team’s workflow. Very disappointed

These guys are awesome! It's 9pm and my motorcycle battery died. I had pushed it off 121 to get away from traffic and called NTTA for help, but they told me since I pushed it off the highway they can't help me. A nice couple ended up giving me a jump so I could make it here. Rico, which happened to have his bike here, took care of it for me and even hooked me up with a magnetic flashlight that I can attach to my bike if I have any other issues with it in the middle of traffic to act as a hazard light, free of charge! I strongly recommend this place! They didn't have to help me out and made sure I was comfortable while they got me taken care of. These guys def earned my 5 stars:)

I swung in to have my battery checked after an oil change place said it was bad (which it was practically brand new). Sena took one look at it and realized what the true issue was - my terminals were completely shot. I expected to be sent home with new terminals but she took them straight out of the package and started cutting my wires and adjusting everything. It was so hot out and after 20min, I was good to go. Definitely went above and beyond and a reason I always prefer going to any AutoZone!

They had what I needed but the level of professionalism was sorely lacking. The lady helping me was fine but the young man was the issue. Talking to the lady while both were engaged with customers of their own. Overall unprofessional atmosphere.

An employee, Lonnie Beerman, went way out of his way to assist me in anything I needed. I can even go so far as to say I am forever in his debt. All of the other employees seemed to be cheerful as well!

Manager Sandra was very helpful. I brought a battery back that was under warranty. No local stores had the battery so she found me another battery with similar specs. Ordered it for me and swapped it out.

Had a battery issue and the Manager that was filling in from the Allen store helped me install my new battery and gave me some life changing advice. Customer service was nothing like I experienced before at no other auto parts store. I'm an Auto Zone customer for life.
