Good place for car parts. Today I have to add another star. They are the only one selling ignition cables for elderly cars. They have different lengths. You don't have to buy a kit.

Found what I needed with the help of floor attendant. Cashier was AWOL and no protective shield at cashier station. Surprised that a large outfit like Auto Zone not heeding to warnings

They were fast friendly and añd very helpful. I was surprised that they were still open. But very happy they were. We needed a new battery and they had it in stock and changed it for us.

This place the worker had me on hold over 15 mins I'm looking to buy some things and get prize on them nd I was left on hold for 15 mins nd never got a hold on or are there guess they don't want that sell cause it's hurting their sells not mine

I was in this location last night and it was unbelievable how long it took to get service. I was there in line for at least 50 minutes. There were two employees working the line, but a few customers were trying to exchange batteries which for some reason took them at least 15-20 minutes each. Some older man was in the back office and came out a few times, but was not actively helping reduce the line. At one point there were at least 12 people in the line (all the way to the entrance). All the older man did was come out and stand around. Maybe he was off the clock? It was hard to tell what his position was. I hope he wasn't the manager. I heard maybe his name was Woody or something. Anyway, it was a very inefficient process all around. And looked even worse for this man to be wandering around totally unconcerned about how many people were standing there in line.

I walked right in an ask the cashiers for the item. He came out to my truck an put the item on, an I was on my way. Great Service!

Excellent AutoZone! The employees are friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way to help me replace my blinker, which was difficult to do because of a previous accident to that fender. Thank you so much for being so kind!

Usually the first brick & mortar auto parts store I shop. The employees are helpful and parts I need are in stock or an easy transfer away. I appreciate the free testing, very helpful.

This Autozone totally exceeded my expectations of any Autozone I’ve been to. Hugo, the manager, was the person that checked me out. He was very friendly and went totally out of his way to make sure I was buying the right oil filter. Store was clean and literally as soon as 2 people were in line they swarmed out to help get the line down.

I will never return to this place! They are always short on staff. You can have four people working in the store and only two people on the register and your way to still be 15 to 20 minutes it’s ridiculous.

Not perfect always room for improvement.they didnt have a part I needed but still my go to for parts

Charles helped me out big time by putting in my battery before work. I didn't have to ask which made this review effortless to write on my part.
I believe good service doesn't get recognized especially auto part dealers such as auto zone. I know it is apart of their job but, he could have easily watched me do the battery swap in the parking lot on the windy cold day instead of helping me. By helping me he saved me the extra trip for returning the dead battery, I didn't have to get my hands dirty, i didn't have tools on hand, and also he tested my alternator and starter to top it off. My day started off bad and was changed instantly. The old man with the mustache deserves credit also for making sure i got the right battery and the dude with the long hair pony tail personally went out of his way to break a 50 for me.
