Although you must of service it yourself with machine due to the coronavirus overall it's still a good place yeah go lifetime warranty for the thermostat on the Mazda 626 LX 1998 like $22

I had went to auto zone today to get my battery check when I was getting ready to go my car went out completely the worker Lawrence b came out to help and see what the problem was he did everything he could to get my car to start working again and it worked I’m so thankful he was there to help

I don't remember names, but the staff and manager were eventually very helpful in figuring out the problem with my car. Been having problems for weeks. Couldn't figure it out. Was able to finally fix it in 1 afternoon. Thanks to the team at Autozone! Thanks

I love this location! I can't wait to be employed here again, but left due to Covid 19, I have 3 kids to get through homeschooling. I went up today with a headlight out. Cheryl helped me change it out, it was one of the difficult ones, and I'm so grateful for her help!

Wish I could give more stars!

A nice man named Manny was *extremely* helpful in getting the right kind of windshield wipers for my little car, then came out and changed the old ones. Deep appreciation from me! I have bad arthritis in my hands and wrists and am unable to do work like this any more. If I need anything for my car I will be back and ask for him! Thank you so much!:)

Definitely a busy store, but what else would you expect on a Saturday. I was help by the store manager who was extremely helpful and well versed in the current advertisement to save me some money on my projects. You might have to wait for service, but you get the best knowledgeable customer service.

Everyone there is super helpful. Sadie, Cheryl, Manny, and Bradley were all extremely helpful when I had constant issues with my belt tensioner pulley system. I can't thank them all enough for ALL the help they provided. Grateful to have such a hard-working team locally.

The people are always helpful and will come out to check your vehicle to make sure what your getting is going to work. They'll even change your battery right there if you drive it there.

Had to purchase an O2 sensor for an 02 Mazda and lo and behold these guys pulled through! They had it in stock and two different options. Fast, friendly, and affordable!

They put in my new battery for me. Then a year later they assisted me after i ran down that battery, lol. I had no idea about how to get a charge back in my battery. But it was all explained to me carefully and patiently. They read the battery upon my arrival and instructed me to return for another reading after driving to charge the battery.

If I could rate zero stars, I would! Scam artists work here! I went to AutoZone today for a diagnostic on our 2007 Chrysler 300. The guy there hooks up the reader to screw under the hood and says i need a new battery. So we go in to check the warranty and I can clearly see on the screen that the warranty is not finished but he says he can't find the info for the warranty so we would have to buy a new battery. I go to O'Reilly's for a second opinion. At O'Reilly's they tell me my battery is in trunk of the car and they weren't sure why or what the guy hooked the reader up to in the hood of the car. I was shocked. I am sure I will never return to this AutoZone especially after they told me they would not be able to put the battery in for me because they clearly didn't know where was but just didn't want to say that and instead try to sell me something that I didn't need. I am beyond offended by this treatment that I received and I will hope that they aren't doing this type of service two other people who are not car savvy!

Great store great staff couple weeks ago I had an issue with my car took I took a part off my car couldn't get back to AutoZone they picked me up to purchase the part and drop me back off a home thanks guys y'all are great.

Easy to find parts for my Toyota Yaris. Came in around 9: 30am and the employees seemed too busy just chatting and did not even approach me to see if I needed help. Walked by a couple reps and they just appeared focused on conversations and reshelving stock. Very clean and organized store, just employees are not very personable.

Excellent knowledgeable employees willing to help with all sorts of things. I retired from being a head mechanic and now have my own business. I go to AZ and the salvage yard, if necessary, only. (I do a lot of work on very old vehicles 60s and 70s.)
