AutoZone Auto Parts, Houston TX

Now in order to keep the earth clean from oil and debris you would think Autozone would be more compassionate in where ppl can dump their oil. Lazy staff did not want to dump the oil stating you don’t know what goes on in the place where you work at. They were no help what’s so ever in giving my boyfriend a solution as to where he could go to dump used oil. This store definitely needs good customer services skills. Helping customers with alternative ways in keep the earth green free from oil being dump just anywhere not that he would do that but just give customers options to another location that can accept the oil.

Needed new wipers as mine were starting to tear apart today as I got on the highway 45. I immediately looked up Autozone near me. There were 3 close enough. Went about they had my wipers in stock and also bought some Rain X wiper fluid. They installed my wipers for free and I was on my way in about 5 minutes! Thank you to the gentleman at the store on 810 FM 1960!

I had a terrible experience! #663600 supposedly a Hispanic manager through my battery on the counter with aggression because I was disappointed after leaving my battery over night they did not charge it, which caused me a blank trip, after 30min.of waiting to be seen I felt over looked while they made sure other Hispanics were respectfully taken care of. There were no other nationalities working in the store. I dont appreciate the attitudes when I'm spending my hard earned money and I have a host of other friends, family and automotive shops I'll pass the word to. Auto Zone needs more diversity I felt like I was in a flea-market!

Manager does all the work while the workers stand around talkin and conversing with each other they don't care about customer service the manager was doing all the different jobs he was both in and outside the store having everything to do and it just wasn't a great deal of interest in customer service and you can see the one guys working hard and the other ones are not really caring

The nice worker Gilbert came out to help us right b4 the store closed. He helped us change the battery. He was very nice about it and wasnt trynna rush us.

Good customer service. The store was clean. They had the item I was looking for. There was plenty of staff available if I would have had a question. The best thing is the were listening to christian music and had the radio on KSBJ.

Service was terrible nobody wanted to help me. Workers walking around but no one was willing to help. Customer service was very poor I will never go to this location again

Went on a Friday around 530pm they were heavily staffed but only one 2 ladies were checking people out. I purchased a windshield wiper and when I went outside to put it on there was a worker already out there helping someone who parked next to me and he stopped helping them and snapped my wiper on for me and had me on my way quickly! Great service although a little chaotic inside.

The customer service was pretty bad. The cashier the first time I went to that store gave me the wrong light bulb. The second time it took almost an hour to get a refund and the cashier was rude. They did have the light bulbs I needed though so it wasn't that bad.

Very pleasant experience! Walked into store and was greeted immediately by Rachel and EJ. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, checked my engine and got me hooked up with the right part. I was in and out! Would definitely recommend!

The employers are always answering phone calls instead of assisting people that are there slow service.

Love this place had to replace a battery and the lady behind the desk was so so awesome she was kind and patient and switched it out for me. When she had proble.s her boss was right there to assist he was courteous to his team and thanked her, and was great with us. BEST SERVICE IN ALL OF HOUSTON
