S.side of Bellaire, W.of Hwy 6 in Houston. Typical size AutoZone. Place had a good vibe, MEANING, good morale, clerks helpful & upbeat, older clerk wrenching on customer vehicle (above & beyond). Good Company Computer System for them Parts.

Thank you for allowing me to work at this location. I loved my job and I loved my bosses and coworkers. This store does not have rude employees but it does have impatient customers

I had stopped at several auto stores, before stopping at this Auto Zone location, during my visit I found what I needed but wasn't sure that the cupholder would fit, the female associate said that I could step out side and check the fit prior to purchasing it. And it did fit, and I return and paid the purchase price! Sorry I didn't get her name but, thanks for your friendly service @ Bellaire Blvd @ Hyw 6 so.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Avoid chris, he curse people for asking a question. Avoid him and this location.

Employees were very rude service was slow and the manager was not helpful I will not go back here again!

Go to O'Reilly or NAPA. Terrible customer service, the clerks really don't know anything about auto repair, cheap parts. There may be one store in all of Houston that's good, but it's on the North side. All of the other stores are terrible and I've been to all of them. That's why I go to O'Reilly. Good Luck!

I came in for a new car battery. I had a Latina chick helped me and even replaced my old battery out. Love it!

One person working Sunday morning. 12 people in line. Took me 30 mins to pick up a part I'd already paid for.

Good service.much better than before am living on the area for about 10 years and most of the time I prefer other auto parts because they was more fast to help you!

AutoZone has all the automotive parts you'll ever need under one roof. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

This store usually has the part or tool I'm looking for in stock. The lines are short, because the store is always well staffed. The staff are knowledgeable, and they usually remind me if I'm forgetting something, like dielectric grease.

I do not get mad that easy but this store

The Manager LATARA J. Manager store #1475 I had a horrible customer service experience. I just wanted ONE thing done & it became SOOOOOO complicated and they were RUDE about it, I order my pads suppost to pick up 2 days earlier and gave them extra days she never have them she got reallly mad as said she will solve my problem by giving me a refound instead sending the guy and get me the part
I am here waiting at the store for several minutes and I could see she is helping other people with me present here and acting better knowing she will be report to customer service corporate.

They had the alternator my brother needed to get his car back on the road at an affordable price. The alternator bolted right up and he was back on the road. This place definitely came through in the clutch.

AutoZone has the potential to be great, but reluctance to hire people who love the profession versus their check is where they fail.
