Unfortunately they didn't have what I needed, but the Manger looked it up at another location& even called to double check before I took the trip out just to confirm they have it. Thank you

I REALLY DON'T LIKE THIS AUTOZONE! The line reaches the door literally before someone calls the other employees to come & help! & they wanna sell you what they want not what you're needing or wanting. Almost as if they're on commission! I'll driver out of my way or wait til I'll on the other side of town to buy what I'm needing!

Although the cashier gave me the wrong rotors for my car, they were very helpful, respectful, curtious, patient and very professional. Great customer service!

EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this store they NEVER have what I'm looking for they will pull it up on the computer and say we have it go to the back only to come back empty handed. Horrible. Horrible.on top of that you get an attitude like its your fault for asking where can i get it at (other locations) avoid this place if looking for friendly staff and products you may need.

Today I came in to get my battery checked and a woman behind the counter tested it. Upon testing we discovered it was dead.

Mr. R. Serrano (i think was his name) took the time to change out my battery for me. He was really kind, polite and professional. The staff here is Totally on point. I appreciate him taking the time to help me out!

Went in for a refund employee extremely RUDE, I don't care what your opinion is the Part didn't work on my vehicle went and got an original part working fine now, F. Y. I.universal part's are not universal on all vehicles. Need's to go to a custome.service class or need's an attitude adjustment.

Lines tend to move slow reps are super friendly but sometimes to friendly and get into long conversations with the customers laughing it up while there is a long line

That guy named Jesse I think is horrible. He would not stop flirting with me. I politely asked him to stop and he would but then continue. He was of no use for help and would just stare at me and then talk to me so I had to just leave. Then I proceeded to get help from another person and this girl named Anna and at first she didn’t wanna help me but just couldn’t help me I kept asking her for where the refrigerant was and she kept handing me the antifreeze and she got a little temper I could so I ended up leaving with nothing I do not recommended coming here if you don’t want any help and wanna feel harassed!

Poor Customer Service. I got stranded on ii-45, my home being in Katy.and oh my gish.the BEST SERVICE I GOT WAS FROM A HOMELESS WOMAN USING THE REST ROOM. GREETED ME WITH A SMILE. SHAME ON ALL OF YOUR EMPLOYEES. I WAS ALRADY FRUSTRATED. NO WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO YOUR WAYSIDE LOCATION. And one star is to much.
