Great unless you purchased from the online store, then no dice, you are stuck dealing with the online store.

Would definitely put a -5 star rating for these classic good rats! Went to drop of used oil after purchasing new oil earlier that day from a different AutoZone location an topical I drop it off with the container because they I allowed to do it at the door on my way out they stopped me saying I had to poor it in the black guy with corn bread hair started acting all tough like he owns the place getting 7.50$ and hour garbage place taking my business elsewhere!

Exceptional customer service and recommendations. Found this location to be a little bit more welcoming then some that I have visited. Keep up the good work guys!

They have the worst phone service I've ever seen. I called Tuesday morning 10 48.they answer the phone and put it down.

Courtuous staff. I was looking for a 2013 Prius alternate battery, but they didn't have one. Not their issue as I had to go to the dealer to get one

My brother ask me too take one of his car batteries to be checked. I took it too advance Auto Parts on West Bellfort and Gessner. I left the battery with them overnight I pick it up the next morning took it back to my brother we put in the car but the car still wouldn't start. My brother ask me did you take it to AutoZone no I didn't know it was a AutoZone battery. Nevertheless with in a hour the battery was ready that was three weeks ago. The battery work perfectly after I returned and we put it back in the vehicle. Never was a AutoZone customer but my brother is hands down. I have great respect for the business establishment now. At this location the employees are very pleasant helpful and professional.

3rd time being here. Long lines. 1 cashier/person working/helping while there are 4 other people behind the counter.they dont tell you 'we'll be right with you' or nothing

The people were nice but the inventory was wrong. Had to go to another location to get the item I needed

Inexperience reps who take too long and refused me a refund on a part that had an obvious defect.
