AutoZone Auto Parts, Austin TX

Nice place but, very few options to choose from. I was looking for clay bar- milder one and rail dust remover spray. Couldn't find anything else but what you typically get at a Walmart store. The guys over there doesn't even know what the rail dust is.

The guys here are always friendly and very helpful. I’ve been coming here for more than two years and have always had a great experience. I won’t go anywhere else. Thanks you Billy and Eric!

My battery went dead, the man at the front desk was so helpful and kind. They replaced it for no charge and he did a great job!

They’re very prejudice in there for the people of color. I’ll keep going all the way to Springdale shopping Center in Austin Texas to visit AutoZone because that’s the best customer service

Shout out to Turry (hope I'm spelling it right) who really helped me out today. He went above and beyond to help me out. Great location, great staff, you guys are lifesavers. It was just a simple dead battery, but the service I received was off the charts exceptional.

I have been an AutoZone customer since I was 16yr old, 27 years later still pleased with the parts and customer service. I have bought and warranty replaced my brake pads for years. Will continue to be a customer until I pass away)

They need a designated cashier for patrons who don't need auto parts. If I need a tire shine or a bottle of something I don't want to get in line with people wanting auto parts lookup. I go to O'Reillys now.

I went into this store yesterday & Erik (commercial manager) started calling me me names. Yes I used to work there & quit because I was being bullied. I am now a customer & should be treated like one.

Always enjoy going in AutoZone. As usual the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Always look for the red labels on shelves those are clearance items. For instance they had $33 five quart jugs of oil marked down to $10 the particular store I was in. Stores Waze Easley visible from 620. One of the reasons I like going there if they carry many parts for the older muscle cars and trucks

I like Autozone. This store is always clean and well organized. I see different staff alot of times but they are always friendly and eager to help. I change the oil on my vehicles just so I can feel like I'm taking part in their care and Autozone always has in stock the items I need.

Had what i needed and the parking lot has lighting for adding fluids and changing bulbs when its getting dark.

Although its a great stocked stored. They expect sick employees with doctors notes to still show up, and supervisor like to berate the staff. I guess i start going to O Riely's now

Came in after having to jump my vehicle to get it to start, 2017 Chevy Silverado. Tech came out tested the battery, verified it's a bad battery and installed a new one and tested it to verify everything worked. Extremely competent staff who were very knowledgeable.

Wonderful. I had my battery checked and it was bad, they helped swap the bad one out and got the new one in.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly and doesn't treat you lesser just because you don't know as much about automotive.

I ordered a lock cylinder for a car, and they sent me a full assembly unit. Cost me $200 on half of the stuff I did not need. Not happy

Picked up some oil filters and air filters for two of my cars.got the right thing the first time and they even open the store slightly early in order to accommodate me. Clean friendly place and convenient to get to.went back later for some engine degreaser to clean up my engine.got some liquid spray gun engine cleaner and it did a good job.

Had what I needed, with operations, and didn't pressure me into upsales. Very friendly, professional, and helpful.

Love this place. The man who helped me was very kind n understanding after I just had two horrible experiences at oreillys with them giving me wrong parts. They were able to get me the right parts, n went over n beond to help me. I appreciate y'all so much n definitely will be back for all my car parts.

Purchased a battery from you on 2-14-2019. Charlie installed it for me and had me back on the road in less than a half hour. He was fast, friendly, and very professional!
