16We are moving to the area and decided to check out the local Autozone for a new battery. We are glad to have come by to this Auto Parts store. Everyone had a smile and AJ was amazing! Huge shout out to that young man! Hire him full time! Also my partner came had to go by another day and the staff member he was there was very kind and great help. He was very patient and understanding, since she had our new born. We definitely go back.
I purchased some shocks from this establishment and I paid $100 for each when I came to return the shock they only gave me $70 and then when I tried to show the original receipt the cashier just dismissed me and said rudely sorry I can’t help you. The customer service their with that woman is not acceptable.
Very poor customer service called to find a battery for granddaughters car was on hold the first time for 20 minutes second time for 15 minutes
I was asking questions about a particular item in the store and the manager was short and acted as if I was bothering him. Left there and went to O'Reilly!

Great Service! Dave, assistant manager went out of his way to help my dad and I. My dad is handicapped and couldn’t change battery on his on. Dave offered to replace the battery for him. Dave was very professional, nice and respectful. It was a great experience. Thank you Autozone.
Ms. Jamie was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my questions! Went above and beyond and even gave me 2 referrals to nice mechanics that would be able to help me without ripping me off!
The AM clerk on Fri was very friendly and helpful, but the manager is not as friendly and helpful. I think the clerk is more customer oriented than the manager.

Customer service is ridiculous specially coming from the store's manager. My husband was on the phone with me discussing the issues we had with the car, well aware of his surroundings and knowing he was next in line heading towards the counter when the store manager told him to stop and let the lady behind him go and not just the one behind him but the man behind the lady as well. Just because he was on the phone. Not coming here again!

Hate this place never the correct parts always have to return to try to get the correct one. Then you have the attitude problem with the employees and when I talked to the manager about the lady the manager coped an attitude for me making a complaint on the other lady.
Unbelievable.my son gave them another chance after the incident below.and no part when he went to pick up today. This is more than a trend. It is bad business. Never again will Autozone get our business and I will tell everyone I know.
O'Reilly's fron now on no matter the cost. Autozone poorest service ever, wouldn't have given even one star, guess you have to, in order to do a review. Seems to be no accountability of employees or management. Orders horribly messed up on two occasions, three weeks a part. Seems like a trend, very sad.
