Long waiting time. Didn't have the part I was looking for after I had called pior to heading to the store.
Excellent service, they even had a part in stock that normally would have to be special ordered. The young lady who waited on me was so pleasant and more importantly so efficient. I would recommend this Autozone to everyone needing car parts, good prices and a friendly face.
These guys and girls know their stuff. Just ask and they'll get it for you. A little wait at checkout, but that's because they have everything at the right price.
SCAM ALERT! Went to AutoZone HUB to purchase only remaining 2004 Jeep Wrangler fan blade in all of Houston, over $200. Purchased product and inspected it in store before leaving. Product was damaged with bent blade tip. A very distinctive and obvious damage to part. Returned part and reported damage was witnessed by employees. I took a photo of the damaged part. Decided to order online. Received part next day from Autozone and opened the box to discover the EXACT SAME PART I HAD RETURNED. Identical to damaged part in store. Called and spoke to customer service which then attempted to file a false and misleading claim against the shipping company for damaging the product. Currently informing the shipping company and will attempt to file a complaint with AutoZone corporate. Mail fraud and insurance fraud along with wasting customer time costing days of rental and missed work is no joke.
A young man was very helpful and helped me identify the type and replace one of the front light bulbs - those (service) details is what makes the good difference in a business establishment
Went in looking for various parts for a project vehicle and Omar was very helpful, attentive and courteous.
I drove all the way across town to the hub store because I was told they had my parts guess what they didn't.
Great service and great help will come back to this store even tho its 20mins plus they take care of you there
Typical AutoZone with long waiting lines if it’s packed, but the staff are super cooperative and try their best to help you out.
Bad services they is alot of people working there but neither one of them it's able to help, they just ignores people and when ever you is able to get someone they talk to you so rude!
They sold me the wrong rotors for my car, and then tried to tell me that I didn't purchase them there. It took a while for them to find my purchase in their records, but then they exchanged them for me only to have to pay more. Sigh. This place sucks.
The service here is great. It is extremely convenient that they are open so late. I'm sure I'm not the only one that appreciates that. This has been almost a life saver when I've ran into issues during late night project and needed either a tool or part asap. It's also convenient to leave work late night and stop by and pickup any parts/supplies I'd need to start any projects early the next day.

As always the staff is great and helpful.being a female that knows nothing about cars its great to have someone tell u why the check engine light has came on and what u need to do to correct it! They are awesome
I've been buying at this location 3 times this past month. I paid cash everytime. First time i didn't get my full change, i was missing 20 some cents. Didn't mind that time. Second time again my change was incomplete. Third time again my change was short almost $40 cents. When i asked the clerk about the change, she told me thats its because i didn't pay with Card. I know 20 cents or 40 cents its not much but they do hundreds of CASH transactions per day.
First off, I have stopped by this location many times in the past. Staff have been helpful/knowledgeable. After researching, I determined I have a bad battery. There was a staff member who would not (could not) help since 1) he was leaving in 20 minutes, and 2) told me it was an hr job to replace battery on a 2010 infiniti G37 coupe (no, it takes no more than 10 min).
Lo n Behold, Wonderful store manager Sam (gessner loc.) walks by and gladly assists. He not only sincerely showed empathy, he knocked it out in 7 minutes. Amazing human being, especially during these tough pandemic times. I even offered a monetary gift, which is professionally and graciously declined. Leaving a 5 star for ppl like him is the LEAST I could do to show my gratitude.
