20Amazing service from Brian! Very helpful I came in needing new wiper blades and he took his time in the aisles to give me all the details and even offered and put on the wipers himself! Definitely all around good experience highly recommend this employee and location!
Maybe staff member was having a bad day or her monthly. Then Stay home and take meds or take frequent breaks.

One of the employees (tall white older male) wears his mask below his nose. Service is good but the employees are not wearing their mask properly.
The customer service received was horrible. He was very rude and unprofessional. To top it off his name tag stated manager. Justin you have no business being in that position!
Excellent costumer service with tons of selection. It was slow but it was good to see the employees were not just on their phones. Would stop here again.
I treated the employee with nothing but kindness (even when he was being rude) and he was literally the rudest person I’ve ever talked to. All I needed was a truck hitch and he didn’t want to help me, didn’t want to use my coupon, just completely unhelpful. I try to spread kindness everywhere I go because I know people are struggling through this pandemic. Not to mention I literally lost my mom to COVID 4 days ago (which is the reason I need the truck hitch, to haul some stuff) and this guy spent the whole time rolling his eyes and being annoyed that I needed his help. If you’re reading this, I hope you treat people with more kindness than you treated me with today because some of us are actually good people and don’t deserve to be treated the way you treated me.
Had no help whatsoever tried showing the employee what I was looking for and said that wasn't no help. Worst customer service not even an attempt.
Customer service here was poor. The employee never verified my order, never informed me of the location of my receipt, never asked if I needed anything else, never acknowledged my presence, walked away during the transaction and forced me to walk nearly behind the counter to retrieve my items without even offering me a bag. He didn't have a name tag either so I can't name drop him without unfairly assuming his status, but he was a white male wearing a shirt and pants that were a little "tight".
Always have what I'm looking for and if it's not in store I pay then and it's there the next Day!
Leaving work around 7-8 PM when the skies are dark and you've had a long day, nothing is worse than getting into your car for the drive home only to find that your car battery is dead. After I had help jump-starting my car, I went straight to this Autozone looking to replace my car battery. It was something I had only done once before years ago, so I was totally out of my comfort zone. I guess I tiptoed around the store looking completely lost because a very nice employee (Giovanni, I think?) offered to help me find what I needed. Even though it was already late, close to closing, Giovanni was incredibly helpful as he guided me through my car battery options. I know it's a service that Autozone offers, but I'm still super grateful that Giovanni took care of installing my car battery. Instead of what might have taken me over an hour of freaking ou-figuring out, I think I was in and out in less than 20 min. Throughout the interaction, my ability to speak coherently had expired for the day, but Giovanni was patient and surprisingly easy to converse with this late in the day as he changed my battery. Giovanni, thank you for making conversation with me and for your excellent service! I'm sorry if I got your name wrong (name definitely started with a "G"), but know that your kindness and sincerity was greatly appreciated. Good luck with your Engineering degree!
Poor service.i would like to raplace key battery, they just didn't show any response, without asking what my vehicle is. After I opened my key and checked out the battery type in the store awkwardly, I wait in line to buy the battery for like ten minutes, nobody came. Then one of they came lazily, randomly grabbed one of the batteries without asking me which I want. I was trying to use applepay but the payment was declined for some reasons, they didn't offer any help either.
Also, their product is more pricier than those you buy online. Will never come again.
Excellent customer service at this location and one the guys there Geovanni is exceptional. Great experience overall.

They consistently have the parts I need in stock, for all my vehicles. The staff here is knowledgeable & friendly. Nicki is always helpful.
This location is so awesome! Every time I come in with a problem the staff is quick to help and assist me in my issues. They honor their warranties without any type hassles and even helped me figure out And identify potential further issues. Today Andrew B came out and exchanged my battery and helped me try to diagnose what the problem is so that no further mechanical damages will occur. He was so kind and polite. Thank you for having such a terrific and helpful team here!
David explained to me how to put on the windshield wipers did them both for me even though he didnr have to I'm 32 I should have known how to do this but he spoke to me like a buddy and walked me through it
Nicki Nicki Nicki was the absolute best. She is the real MVP. You've got to see her, personality and conversation was great. While servicing my girlfriend and I she kinda did a 101 on automotive mishaps. She gets all the stars
