AutoZone Auto Parts, Houston TX

Came in Saturday morning (store #3156) to recycle oil; had to use the rest room before leaving.
The rest room had signage "Employees must wash hands before returning to work" but no hand soap or hand sanitizer to be found! The sink and toilet where very nasty/dirty. Glad I had hand sanitizer in my vehicle.

I went to buy lights I couldn't find them so I went to the front and ask for help the employee refused to help me. Then another customer ask him if the filter that he has can work in a Toyota and the employee said "I don't have a tacoma how I suppose to know" the customer service it's a joke there

My check engine light came on. So I decided to get it checked out. Hooked the machine up to my car.the employee muffled something then walked away and began to help another customer.

Russell is an exceptionally amazing store manager. It was dark outside and he replaced the battery in my car without hesitation. I know this seems like something he should do but he is not required to do it in the dark. I am super grateful for his hospitality and skillful hands. Thank you Russell!

There tool to check for the code since my engine lite on was broken, already came from 7miles out then was directed to another auto zone ill wait.

I went to Auto Zone in search for a battery and i was greeted with so much respect and Russell Bradley helped me out and replaced my battery within 15 minutes and i left a happy customer

Came in with a battery issue. Was taken care of immediately by Russell. Well organized staff, store, and great customer service.

They have new manager, Shawn he was super helpful and even with the cash shortage he was able to get all of the customers including myself well taken care off. He even came outside to help several members after the purchases. Including helping me with my taillights. Will definitely visit this location again.

Lazy workers. They couldn't find a part that their computer system said they have
They left the counter for literally 10 seconds and came back to say they couldn't find it. Then when I asked to have my car diagnosed they said they don't do that anymore. Weird because I just had it done there the week before on another car. In fact the guy handed me the little thing and told me to do it myself.

Called ahead asking about a battery for my car. Russell informed me of what was in stock and let me know he would test the battery before having me purchase. There was a short line and another employee tested it for me and then Russell informed me of warranty, what to do moving forward with any issues abs replaced the battery in 5 minutes. Both employees I worked with were knowledgeable and serviced me quickly. Great customer service! Will come back if I need anything else.

Russell and Javier went above and beyond in their efforts to assist me.they helped me find the battery for my vehicle and replaced my battery for me in no time.very helpful and very pleasant.

Lots of staff walking around but only two helping customers. Don't expect knowledgeable staff here, better to do your own homework on parts beforehand. Been here a few times, experience never changes.
