I was in line to purchase a battery charger with built in air compressor when he noticed what I was about to purchase, he immediately asked me my symptoms on my vehicle. Quickly determined the battery needed to be changed. Even provided me with a battery charger to get my vehicle charged enough to drive to their establishment for them to replace the battery. I really appreciate the employee going up and above his job duties to ensure that I was a happy customer. And when he changed the battery.took only 5 minutes and my vehicle was back on the road again. Will definitely be returning
I already knew what I was there for but they took the time to ask me anyways to make sure I got the right parts for my vehicle.
I went to this location a few days ago to get some motor oil for my new truck. COWBOY was the best he helped me find the right oil and also put it in my truck for me.this will b my go to spot for anything my truck needs.thanks again cowboy
I went there thinking I was going to spend at least $60 but an employee (Bryan) saved me a whole lot more and taught me so much, this is the best customer service I’ve ever received from autozone and I’ve been to about 15. This location is worth the drive, the employees know exactly how to help you and what they’re doing. I love it!
