Richard is the best! Took in my parent's car to get a read out on what the check engine light was telling me.he not only showed me what was going on, but helped me solve the problem in 30 minutes. Will not be going to any other AutoZone again. Would give 10 stars, thanks Richard!

Lately when one goes to that place to ask something about the car, I don't know if it is because I am a woman and they want to take advantage of it. The seller a brunette. Don't look at what your car needs, the tea takes you to a mechanic in the parking lot.he gives me the printer that those two have business. (I've always thought Dallas mechanics are scammers).

This type of employees, make any business not progress, on the contrary, with their lazy and bad attitude, are basically telling the clientele to take their business, somewhere else.
They are getting pay, working or not, so they do not care much about the business, the ones who pay the price are the business owners, because as far as I am concern, there are more stores, with dedicated employees who really care about the business, those guys are smart, because they know if they take care of the business, they are taking care of their very own jobs.
But those kind of people, are an endagered especies, not to many of those around.

Came in on a Sunday 6pm. Needed a new battery and install. Richard at store 5798 not only changed it in 15 minutes, he did it on a 2015 Jew Grand Cherokee. The battery on these is below the front passenger seat. Not easy to take a part and install. He could’ve easily said No. I appreciate going the extra mile!

Aaron helped me change my battery and he went on and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. One of the best reps I ever encountered, will defetinely be back to visit him.

Helped me so fast, tested my battery and changed it for a new one. Even though they were busy, I was in, and back on the road in less than 10 minutes.

Customer service representative (I think I got the title right) Daniel G.is the reason I will be going to Autozone first when it comes to car battery/general maintenance/accessory issues. He was incredibly patient with me and my car, and was not only willing to get my old battery out of my car but also ensured that the new battery did not have to deal with the corrosion that was left behind. Thank you for the help!

Richard H (I hope I got that name right) saved me 100s of dollars by helping me debrie my air exhaust. I spent close to $3.00 and he gave me a crash course on how a car needs its air, I passed the "exam" and I was gone with a more quiet engine and smoother ride. Thanks.

She had a accident with her side mirror and it was no longer attached. She went to the store and a man named Lancelot whom was already off of work helped her attach the mirror very quickly and professionally. He was very nice and greatly appreciated.

Horrible customer service manager Landen especially I ended up purchasing items that were not what I needed no one came out to my car to assist was told that they could not change my brake light was there an hour just be told sorry we cannot help you when I have had it changed several different times will never go back and if you are smart you won’t either!

Picture this: Storming, pouring down rain. On your way to pick up kid at training, and one windshield stops working. But you’re a know-it-all and think you can fix it. WRONG. You break the other one. You’re driving cautiously to AutoZone where your day is saved by MARIO. Seriously, this man not only helped me install the wiper in pouring down rain, but also tightened the loose bolt in the other, so we are safely back in business! When you come here…ask for Mario! He’s a real life superhero!
