Very friendly and helpful. Helped me replace my wife’s car’s battery- did a thorough job. A young man named Benjamin helped me and he was great. Would def come again.

Been working on my 79 Chevy Camaro and before I go look at anywhere else I first go to AutoZone ran into a gentleman by the name of Dominique this former veteran help me out getting some parts for my brakes and for my 350 turbo transmission. One part in particular the transmission vacuum modulator. I’m very grateful because all my parts came in the very next day this is why I will always trust AutoZone Thank you Dominique and Thank you for your service to our Country.

Definitely a blessing in disguise! Greatest service! My headlight bulb was out and the associate assisted me with replacing the bulb. I went to another location and they refused to help replace bulb. My God bless that associate! He had no idea what I was going through!

This is the cleanest AutoZone I have been in always have what I need and the staff is excellent I would like to single out a young man name Ed he is always there to carry out my items thanks Ed

The guys at Auto Zone totally took care of me! Robert was extremely knowledgeable about my specific vehicle as well as everything I needed to complete my task. As a matter of fact he allowed me to use the store's tools to make my repairs right there in the parking lot!
Now my truck is riding perfect!

Robert Palmer was an AMAZING help with my truck. It was the hottest part of the day and he helped me change my headlights and a reverse light. Usually it’s a pain to change the passenger side headlight due to location but he changed it for me anyway. He was super sweet and super helpful. Highly recommend looking for him when you come in and need help with something.

Came into the store on yesterday July 29 and was standing in line while the guy at the counter was working with someone so I continued to wait then a white guy gets in line behind me and the guy at the counter stops what he was doing and told the white guy that there was a self check out but ignored me a person of color. This was my first time in the store and was surprised I was treated like this being new to the area and first time in the store. Not happy.

Auto Zone on Birman Woods Dr SAVED MY DAY! Motorcraft fuel filters for Ford diesel trucks are almost impossible to find. Robert at the Birnam Woods Auto Zone had one in stock and found another Auto Zone with one in stock. I was able to pay for both to secure the one at the other store, and headed now to pick it up. Kudos to Robert for his exceptional customer service and saving my day!

I always have a great experience here. My car is getting old and things are wearing and tearing. The guys here have always patiently tried to help me figure out what is wrong with my car, not assume and just hand me a part. Recently, Brian helped me figure out why my headlights seemed to burn out so quick, and he ended up finding the issue which was a melted wire. So, once I got a friend who’s a mechanic to replace it, the lights worked perfectly, and even the issue of the brights not working was also gone. The staff at this location really listen and try to look out for me. And, I’ve seen them be just as helpful to other customers as well.

Went to this location because I was told that my battery was a little weak when it started which I could hear for myself. Bought my car in for a test. The person at the register was nice but when he completed my battery test he said my battery was at 100%. The next morning my car did the same thing but this time I had to get a jump. Got my car started and took it in to another Auto zone farther North (Gears road) because I stayed in that area the night before. The guy who did the same battery test told me my battery was weak so I ended up having to get another battery. The person at this location (Spring) evidently didn’t want to help with the battery change because it was an hour before closing. Won’t come here again

Went in with my family to buy a battery for my car having never done it before and everyone was so kind, Ryan particularly made sure I had all the information and could make an informed decision. Embracing the outward sass typically associated with me being in an Automotive strophe made the experience educational and fun. I am super grateful for the kindness and help with my ignorance, so it was a total 5 star experience.

Needed my battery replaced. Employee took one look at it and said he couldn't do it because of how deep it was. Also said my alternator needed to be replaced. Neither was in stock. Took it to my mechanic who replaced my battery in less time than I spent hearing excuses here and the alternator was fine.

The store is a parts store so not pretty but I do not expect it to be. The staff is hit and miss on service and knowledge.

Great location. Staff are very helpful and always nice. If they don’t got it, they definitely help you order and even point you in the right direction to get what you need. I go here regularly for all my auto needs. Definitely recommended!

Staff wasn’t willing to install my battery, even when they charge $18 to get rid of my old battery (why charge that but not be willing to take out my old battery). Finally got them to. Drove home. Car would starry the next day. Terminal doesn’t match the size battery they put in and just came completely lose. Young kids that don’t know what they are doing.

Very friendly and very helpful. Didn't try to sell a "woman" stuff she didn't need. Will shop again.
