Older gentlemen behind the counter had a great attitude. I wish I remembered his name he helped me tremendously. Also, the store manager is a great face to see as well. I own a detailing business, so getting this level of customer service is a surprise when going to Autozone. The guy who helped me with the armor all smoke x in my air ducts for my personal vehicle deserves a raise.

I stopped in to get oil and an oil filter and Jim was just the best! He greeted me right when I got in, asked to help me with what I was looking for, and was super friendly. I was out of there in a couple minutes with what I needed and was very satisfied with the expierence.

Absolute best customer service I’ve had an an AutoZone! Amanda was amazing. She not only helped me find the products I was looking for but gave me information on some project I was working on! She didn’t force up sales or try and get me to buy one product over the other. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way. That whole team seemed very happy to be a part of that store!

John D.provided me with all the help I could ask for. Went back to check for a specific bulb multiple times, found the LAST one that was sitting around for me and attempted to even help install it. Great guy who knows his stuff!

Excellent customer service! Lochlan was amazing. Not only did he help me find a product in my budget he also offered to change it out for me! It was dark and cold so I super appreciated it!

Amanda and her amazing staff gçv are absolutely hands down the best in the business always knowledgeable always willing to help always have a smile always ask questions the right questions wouldn't take my business anywhere else I highly suggest taking your automotive issues to this team you will be pleasantly surprised turn her staff make you feel like you want to go to your neighbors or anybody and say hey if you got automotive problems you take your stuff over here to AutoZone on 620 by Anderson Mill hands down the best staff ever thank you for everything you all do

This particular AutoZone has taken it upon themselves to lead the way in customer service in the auto parts industry. That is the beginning and the end of an experience anywhere, and you are doing it right. Jonathan was a pro this morning when I showed up with a battery issue, and when I looked around and watched and listened to other employees, he wasn't the only one. It is evidently part of their training and culture.

Stellar above and beyond customer service from Joe Sunday evening! He helped test my battery, starter, and alternator and installed a new battery into my car in less than 20 minutes. He also politely answered the many questions I had about it my car and took his time explaining everything to me. Will certainly be coming back to this location!

Had a dead battery that I had to get fixed on Friday evening and Dennis was amazing. He has me in and out in 15 minutes even though he was about to clock out. Top service.

Came in yesterday and was helped by an awesome younger guy with dark hair, super nice and helpful. Called this morning and spoke to someone who said they had an ignition coil for my car, so I drive up there and get helped by an older gentleman who laughed when I said I work on cars and then essentially told me no that I couldn't buy the part bc it could be a sparkplug. When i had the obd reader print out of an ignition coil. Advice: keep the young guy with the dark hair to help customers. I never write bad reviews but that was the WORST customer service from register 3, whatever his name was. If I ever go back inside to get help and see that guy I'm walking right back out. Truly disgusted by his his whole attitude and interaction. Avoid Tim if you can.

Asked a younger, uniformed employee who was stocking shelves if he could direct me to the battery jump packs. He rolled his eyes and said "I have no idea" and walked away.

Dropped in for wiper blades. The staff was very helpful in evaluating alternatives and then installed them for me. I'll be back.

Usually my experiences at auto zone are ok. Nothing “spectacular” or “amazing”. Just walk in/ walk out service. This time was different. I came in urgently needing a battery for my car since I need it to be working while my other vehicle is in the shop, this is besides the point.

I come in and was greeted by a friendly gentleman by the name of Dylan. I tell Dylan my situation, explained that I wasn’t trying to break my wallet on a secondary vehicle but needed it to be working and needed a battery. Dylan helps me find the best thing he’s got within my price range. Immediately offers to go out there and replace it for me to ensure that it gets installed correctly, I did it decline.

It was the fact that while he was helping me in my situation, genuinely asked just how everything else was going in my life and anything else I might have needed while I was there. Nothing came to mind but was just glad to have had that small conversation. It does help when things aren’t always going your way. Ensured the battery was installed and working and welcomed me back for any car needs. Just a great experience that can make a customers day. Thank you!
