Stopped by to get a new battery, Jerry R greeted me at the door and helped me out! Got me the correct battery and installed it in my vehicle. He was very polite and helpful!

The employees attitude need some readjusting or training. Customer service is everything the employees on duty this particular evening were very rude! I asked an employee a question he just walked right past me like I was bothering him. I guess he does not realize where his pay check comes from. I have been in this store several times the reason for three stars is the overall appearance of the store is clean and the shelves are in order.

Absolutely the best parts buying experience I've ever had. Rose took care of me buy being diligent and showing me multiple different spark plugs. In the end she found the right one and sent me on my way. Rose went above and beyond and I appreciate the customer service I was given.

Came for a new battery, the service was amazing. Sam was willing to help me change my battery with no hesitation with the assistance of Douglas. They did it in a timely manner. They definitely deserve more recognition & a promotion!

German, the manager here, installed my battery quickly and in the most friendly way. He lmk all I needed about my new battery and cared about his duties today. Best service ever!

I needed motor oil for my truck. The man offered to get 5 qt jug for me. He was very nice. Great service. His name was German. Give him a raise

Employees are lying to the customers.
They refuse to provide a service even if is on the warranty.
They are like we don’t have enough tool to help you out so you have to go to the different AutoZone.

Chain auto parts store. Received free installation of windshield wipers. Great selection and some favorable pricing on sale items.

Right on top of customer service. An attendant even filled my windshield fluid container. I am all smiles.

Anna the store manager at this store was awesome. I went to a previous store (1st street in humble) and had 2 weeks of issues with them. She literally took care of me in 10 minutes with everything I needed. Her caring spirit about all of the inconveniences I was caused by 1ST Street in Humble store was a breathe of fresh air. Thank you Anna! You’re amazing, I greatly appreciate you and everything you did. TRIVA WEATHERSPOON!

We broke down near the Auto Zone on Aldine Bender. This location didn’t have the part we needed, but the manager graciously went to another store and got it for us. ANNA and MAURICIO went above and beyond in their customer service. They should be commended for their professionalism and friendliness.

I called for a simple price check so i could withdraw the money needed befor going into AutoZone. First i spoke with a young man and a lady took hold of the phone conversation. Which inturn she wouldn't give me a direct price for the part i intended on purchasing. I was only instructed that it will be around $470 dollar. Very unprofessional considering the amount of cash im trying to spend at the business.

Lakeisha helped me when I thought my bulb was out. Turns out it had just come loose from all the Houston potholes lol…She fixed it with a smile …amazing customer service!

This particular location swindled 40.00 dollars out of me upgrading me on a wrong part and not giving me my money back when I had to return and receive the right down graded part. Very disappointed. 4210 Aldine Mail Rt. 77039.
