The whole team was very friendly, especially Alex who changed my battery for me, cleaned any corrosion that had built up and put anit-corrosion pads on my new one.

I'm old enough to remember the mom and pop places that just knew vehicles. No vin needed. They don't exist anymore and hardly any of those vehicles do either. Now I go for willingness to figure it out and personality. I have recently switched from another chain to AutoZone for that very reason. They may not always carry my favorite part but with a little research, I've found they're comparable parts are just as good. That's why I shop at AutoZone, at least at the Carthage store.

Went into Carthage Autozone to pick up a few things and was greeted by the staff. Went to leave and my truck wouldn't start. The Manager Jessica come out and found that I had a bad connection on my battery she was checking if my battery was bad. The other manager Joe quickly come out and found it was just a loose bolt on the clamp and fixed the battery clamp by tightening it up. They could have just said that my battery was bad but they actually fixed the problem instead of costing me unnecessary money I didn't have to spend on a battery. That kind of service is extremely rare these days. This store staff is amazing and extremely Knowledgeable! Will not do business with anyone else from now on. Thank you Jessica and Joe and Carthage Autozone!

Great store, very knowledgeable staff. They actually care about you getting your issue resolved. When changing my tail lights to LED bulbs, the lady, Jessica, told me that I would need a load equalizer on the BRAKE light to make my cruise control work in my ‘03 Yukon. Unfortunately they didn't have them in stock, but ordered them immediately for delivery that afternoon. Sure enough, after installing the LED replacement, my cruise would not engage. That afternoon, when the part arrived, the guy, Eric, walked me through how to install it, and my cruise came back online. Smart bunch. And eager to share their knowledge.

The guy at this auto zone was so helpful, of coarse because of covid, I had to diagnose my jeep myself with their machine but he was there the whole time. It was actually very easy and I'm glad I learned something. Can't say enough about this young man, of coarse I can't remember his name but if he reads reviews, I was the older lady driving the blue jeep. Lol thank you for being so helpful and kind.

I had a nice experience! I needed some headlights due to one of my headlights being out. Since I've never bought headlights before, the helper named Eric was more than happy to assist me. He even changed my bulbs out with no problem. Eric was very pleasant and cheerful cool guy. If I ever am in need of some help for my car, I would visit again soon.

Manager, Robin, and one of her crew, Jessica, worked very hard to earn my business. Not only does Auto Zone offer good pricing but awarded a military discount as well as a substantial rebate amount. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately we had a 30 minute hiccup with Auto Zones's computer/cash register system. This issue was not a result of any local action. Carthage Auto Zone crew definitely elevated my auto parts procurement process.

Always had a good experience coming here. Bought a used truck for a first vehicle and regularly stop by for advice, tools, or parts. Dawn, Robin, Eric and everyone are always friendly and honest and are able to pull my truck off memory alone. If I dont know what Im looking for, they can tell me or offer solutions.
