AutoZone Auto Parts reviews
9The new auto zone on Quaker and the south loop took great care of me. My battery died and the employee noticed my battery date. He checked and got me a free battery under my warranty. Awesome service and attention to detail. Thanks.
Could not even get the part right with all the information I know what I wanted and they couldn't get it went to O'Reilly's and got the right part
I was having trouble with my vehicle and I asked the gentleman inside that was working if he could hook my car up to the scanner and he did just that and printed off details on how to fix the issue and the steps to get it done. I've only been in this location 1 other time and just like today they went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you all and God Bless!
Awesome experience! Did not rush us out like O’Reilleys, have us wrong information, told us our battery was good when here it read bad. We loved the professionalism here from Chris and Keaundra
Not all stores are the same, but Slaton, Texas had 2 ladies working that knew what they were doing. My husband went to 50th St location in Lubbock to buy an ignition coil and spark plugs. He came home with 6 spark plugs and the wrong ignition coil. I tried to call 50th St to ask about returning to a closer location because we only have a 4 cylinder and the gentleman I spoke with couldn't understand what I was asking. I eventually just called Slaton and the lady I spoke with was very savvy. I did my exchange and got the right part. She even answered my questions about gapping
Sold me wrong parts I live 50 miles to nearest st[re asked to Fed ex right parts absolutely refused to a'comidate me in any way would not recommend them to anyone
I walked into the store this afternoon and said, “I didn’t buy my new windshield wiper blades here like I generally do but I need your help. ” I had tried to put one of them on myself and couldn’t get it to click in place. Carey didn’t even blink. “Of course we’ll help” and he was out from behind the counter and headed to my car in a heartbeat.
After installing the drivers side wiper blade he worked with the one I had struggled with, ultimately replacing the entire blade unit with a better one. He was professional, personable and made me feel like my poor decisions were simple mistakes he sees all the time. All he asked in return is our continued business which I can assure you Autozone - this store in particular - definitely has.
It’s hard to do business in a small town that is so close to the city. This is how it’s done.
Thanks again Carey.
PS.my husband said if I didn’t write a glowing review for this young man, he would!
Carey knows how to solve problems and how to do it quickly, consider him next time you have any questions or issues and he will be the first person on it!
