Steven was great! Informed me what I needed over the phone and assisted me again at the store. Great customer service. Bailed me out of a bind with a new battery. I was visiting the Killeen area when my battery went bad. Helped me get back home to San Antonio safely.

I used to go to this store all the time when I lived on-post, not so frequently since I moved off-post. The staff members are very helpful and friendly.

The lady who initially helped was very helpful in assisting me with my problem.she eased my mind in how she explained things. The second lady who assisted me was also very helpful and professional, left very satisfied.

I went to this store at about 7: 45pm on 09/19/2022 to get a new battery as the one in my caar kept losing its charger and a gentleman behind the counter told me no we don't replace batteries and they were about to close. The store does not close until 9: 00pm and it does not take an hour a
nd 15 minutes to replace a battery. I left and went to O'Reilly Auto Parts and they were very happy to sell and replace my battery for me. I will for now on be an O'Reilly Auto Parts customer for now on.

The black lady at the counter on (Veterans not Rancier) this morning did not want to do her job and referred my son and fiancé to YouTube! He asked if she could pull a diagram up of the car and she pulls up a You Tube video. She was very very rude and didn't want to help them. I need a manager or someone to contact me about if this type of behavior is acceptable and why would you allow this woman to work your front counter. Very unprofessional and even though this store is closer, I'll be referring everyone to another auto parts store.

I was supposed to pick up a part that was purchased at another store after a call was made to verify that they had the part on hand. The associate never actually put their hands on the product so when I drove from one side of town to the other I found out that they didn't actually have the product at that store and I had to drive to Beverly Hills Tx (Waco) to actually get the product (60+ miles one way). The associate at the Rancier location was rude and unapologetic about HER lack of doing her job cost me both time and money. She actually hung up on the associate from the Clear Creek store and then was quite rude when I asked what we could do to remedy the problem. When she called the Beverly Hills, TX store she was again very rude. I would NOT recommend going to this store.

Good convenient location but I had to pick up rear rotors at a second location where they were in stock. The only issue I had was that he had me go way out to was young when there was an AutoZone closer a couple streets over.

I usually don’t have issues here but today sucked! I was passed off by the “Boss” because she was obviously in a rush to leave and realized that helping me would take more time! I get it.but the rudeness and abruptness wasn’t called for! Definitely could have been handled in a different way!

I'd give 1 start but the gentleman with the dreads is always helpful but the old lady and the old Mexicano is highly rude and disrespectful. Not that it matters or affects them but they lost me as a customer.

The Manager was very unprofessional and arrogant. Dorothy McCullins.checked my battery i bought from them left me outside in the hot sun waiting for her to returned to take battery out and replace or charge it. She returned in the store and started waiting on customer as though i didn't matter or was just some statue. I was hot and tired just came from Dallas Tx. That inconsiderate female is on Rancier AutoZone.
