AutoZone Auto Parts reviews
17This place has saved my life several times. They are helpful and have just about everything you need. If you are having car issues and don’t know what to do or where to go, call them.
Matt was wonderful. Extremely nice and service-oriented. Tested and changed my car's battery competently and quickly. My battery had a complication with the hold-down clamp, which Matt solved and repaired as well at no charge! Other staff were also nice and service-oriented. I felt very good about my experience with this crew and look forward to coming back any time I have a need.
Would give 4-5 stars except getting in and out of the location is horrible due to the heavy traffic on hwy190
Nice people usually busy. You usually have tinnitus in line but not done to service just volume of customers.
Ask for Maria she speaks Spanish. Kim is very knowledgeable especially on commercial & so is Edward the manager. Been coming for years. This place is family. Vary kind people always have help.
Ordered 2 PWC batteries on line. Sorry to say that according to the manufacturer date, one was 10 months old and the other was 9 months old. New old stock.
Usually do not go there because its always slow. More people stocking or whatever. Frustrating.however I found myself w a burned-out wheel bearing in your parking lot On my work trailer. Went inside to inform manager that I was leaving it there to run to big tex for a bearing. I brought the bearing that had failed, with no numbers on it, in the store. I think her name was Maria took a look at it and brought me to isle w bearings and produced a match! Saved the day for me at 4.45 pm. Things seemed to have changed there for the better.
Fast knowledgeable staff, good prices better than most, almost as good as advanced auto parts.
Edit: 2022, I need a headlight bulb for a Silverado. (AutoZone employee) is that 2wd or 4wd? Rating reduced to 1 star.
Actually didn’t want to come here and hubby was wanting to spend money on stuff for wants besides needs. Hope and Frankie are amazing. Not sure if they were tag teaming customers and phones at the same time but those ladies are beast! My husband and I greatly appreciate their help. I get everyone has their own things going on and are on a tight schedule but the ladies handled a rude customers well. Not sure if these get viewed but thanks again ladies.
Not sure how to spell Frankie properly she didn’t have name tag!
Very helpful staff. Came there for batteries and not only did they not pressure me into buying anything I dont need, they also insisted on changing the batteries for me. Rare to find such good customer service.
Raul is rude and does not want to help people. We needed a 10 mm wrench to reset the battery on my husband's truck and there were none on the shelf. We asked if they had one we could borrow and Raul said they did not have one to loan out. They change people's batteries everyday so I know they had one behind the counter. We made a purchase of $100 in additional parts. They could've let us borrow a wrench for a few minutes.
There absolutely are never enough employees.i stood there today to buy bulb's.the dang phone rang for a solid 15 minutes and was never answered.just kinda crazy for a Saturday.
I have recently started a small repair shop and come to say the same thing several have said they wont answer the phone period not a sole in the store they are sitting on the counter and wont answer the phone awesome customer service but it seems oriellys in Livingston cant get the right parts so are you guys in competition for the worst store in Livingston
Pretty sad when I've been calling for 2 hrs and they don't answer there phone. So I drive 30 mins to the store and walk in to see if they are busy and no customers are there. So I walk back outside and call them and they still don't answer the phone. Just sitting there talking to each other as the phone sits and rings and rings and rings.
No customers, but still a long wait. Every one ganged up in the back room. I always feel like I am an interruption to what ever is going on in the back room, and it is always going on.
HOT day, Dead battery day on a long trip home. The crew was outstanding, changed it out because of easy accessibility. Was thankful.
