AutoZone Auto Parts, Katy TX

I walked into this Auto Zone because my vehicle suddenly lost all power. My lights, my locks, horn etc.stopped working, when I asked for help I got 5 star customer service from 3 different employees. They all tried to figure out the problem so that I didn’t have to get my car towed. Nat, the store manager came out to my car and FIXED the problem! Nat was so kind and was so happy to help me. THANK YOU NAT SO MUCH!

I can't remember the employees name, but he helped me out tremendously. I didn't know my BMW 7 needed hydraulic fuel, yeh $44 for it lol, but he priced matched it and showed me where to put it in. So if u need assistance with something for your vehicle I'd recommend this AutoZone for sure.

Eddie was a GREAT help for me today! He tested and took out my old battery. Then replaced it with a new one.
Even though there was a bit of a rush when I I came, he made sure he got to me as soon as he could. And he was very nice!

I tried to tip him for his help, he didn’t even take it.

It’s still good genuine people in this world.

Wouldn’t honor my battery warranty with excuses, went to another autozone and easily gave me a new one.

I was at this store location this morning as I had an issue with my Transam driver side mirror not securing properly and asked for assistance. Cesar S.was available to help me on this issue. He provided me with several options and recommendations for this repair. He took the time to understand the problem and was very knowledgable on fixing it. He went above and beyond like he was working on his car. So nice to see people understand other people's problems. He was very patient in helping me. Cesar is a new employee and I am sure he will prove to become a very valuable asset to his employer.

I appreciate all the effort. Autozone has helped me on many past projects and am thankful.

Charles was extremely helpful and provided excellent service today! I needed new bulbs for my signal and brake light, and he helped me find the right bulbs and replace them. Very friendly and professional! Thank you Charles! Thank you AutoZone.

Well as y'all know the auto parts stores like a man's toy store winning round what I was looking for went to the counter hardly any weight the employees were nice helpful the place was very clean they do a great job with the sanitation and the separators between the employee and the shopper

Clean store and friendly staff. I was asked if I found what I needed or if I needed additional help. This is one of the better Autozones I've visited.

I never write reviews unless it is warranted and this time it was. I was having trouble with my battery. The staff went above and beyond to assist. Eddie, the Manager of the location provided excellent service. He installed my new battery even when others couldn't! I received excellent service from this location! Thanks Eddie and Team!

Another great place to get your car battery, what encouraged me mostly is their warranty on their battery, I love them, they are always willing to help, thank you Auto Zone.

Had an issue with my truck while hauling my RV. Folks here were a great help. I will definitely start shopping their stores in my neck of the woods now.

The customer service was outstanding. The manger Jon was soo helpful. I had no idea how to change the battery out. He explained and then showed me how to do it. Will definitely come back

My husband's truck stalled on the highway about 15 miles away from here. He gave me instructions and told me what to buy while on speaker. Lindsey was so very helpful, knowledgeable and quickly gathered all the parts and tools we needed. She also witnessed a random man purchase the truck parts for us. (Totally God letting me know that He's in charge and always taking care of us!)
