I never give reviews, but I just want to say thank you to Jason E.for helping me a few weeks ago. I came in because my license plate light was out and after I made my purchase I needed some muscle help. So I went inside and asked who I believe was the manager that evening and he denied me help saying they don't do that. That's when Jason went out of his way to assist me. I hope you didn't get in trouble, but I do appreciate your help.keep being a nice guy, we ladies need help sometimes.
Alfred was extremely helpful when I needed to change my oil. And I've returned countless times to get anything I need because of the great hospitality and his vast knowledge on automobiles. Thank you so much Alfred!
Went to autozone my battery was dead and Jason he helped Locating a battery and then he installed it for me and he did a great job and I want to give him a shout out so good job Jason thank you so much we'll be back to that autozone for sure
This place actually was a 3rd store we visited for a part for our sons vehicle, Nacogdoches place sent us to Perrin Beitel store where we were told the part was, after going to the Perrin Beitel store we were sold the wrong part, good that my husband opened the box and went back in, the manager stated we were given the wrong part because the person that sold it didn't ck the last 4 numbers. They then stated that it would take 5 to 7 days to return our funds. We had to tell the manager that NO, they could ck another store for the part, give us the receipt that it was paid and call that store where it was available to hold the part for us. He didn't even know about this and said he would have to "check", after much going back and forth he said ok, he could do this. Last time going to the Auto Zone on Perrin Beitel. The store on Rittiman, this store was very professional and took care of our business.
Just needed someone to unlock the paint cabinet. However an associate, Enrique, could not be bothered to assist me because it was truck day and he was putting parts away. I had to walk the store to find someone that was eventually willing to unlock it. I will say that most other autozones are not like that.
Ask for paint got ignored all the managers were outside and yes they knew I was there for paint.
I was going to make a big purchase of parts, I’ll spend my money elsewhere
Always super helpful. Been going to autozone with my dad since I was a kid. Keep going back because they take care of me and change our batteries out when needed with no problems
I stopped to purchase a set of blind spot mirror attachments. The price displayed on the slot was $3.99. The price that rang up was 5.29. I had two other items, window cleaner and Microfiber towels. Both item prices were different than what rang up at the register. The cashier stated, "Antoinette-the manager was redoing a lot of the price tags and they're all messed up. " I asked she honor the prices displayed. She said, "that's the manager's job and she couldn't do anything about it. " I did purchase the blind spot mirror attachments, but did not purchase my other items. The customer service and pricing mistakes are poor business management.
Jake was super helpful with getting a new battery for my car so I didn't have to take Ubers back and forth. Great customer service!
Any issues you have with any part or tool and need Great assistance the store manager there will take care of you and resolve the matter in no time.
Today my van battery light came on and died as I was turning into Autozone on fm78. Thank God it stopped at their location because there were 2 wonderful women who helped me organize everything, save money and get my car running. The manager, Antoinette and Sadie. Ms Antoinette made sure i was given the best price, she gave a knowledgeable diagnoses, offered great advice and most of all…PATIENT. I understand why she is the manager because of her great knowledge, friendliness to all customers (she acknowledged everyone) …she kept that store running which was busy and no one became frustrated because of her ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fair manner with a smile. They made a very frustrating moment not so bad…Thank you ladies. I appreciate what you do/didmost of all you took the time to be nice️
Went in for a battery warranty Joe helped me out and he took care of me. He changed the battery and Meade me learn something new about the corrosion. Thanks Joe
I had the Best experience today! The gentleman that helped me today was so kind, and patient! He deserves a customer award! Went above and beyond in this HEAT trying to get my battery out. Good employees are hard to find! Keep him.
I recommend this place to everyone! I stopped by to get my battery checked and Mr Alfred V helped me on 6563 FM-78. After he was done, he gave me some recommendations about my car. His service exceed my expectations, he is very professional, polite, friendly and knows what he is doing. Thank you AutoZone for having people like Mr Alfred, what a great costumer service! And he was a very nice guy with me and my kids!

All the negative reviews I've read here about this store ; I've arrived at the conclusion of "individual's sense of "expectation management " if you are at a point of need or want and all up in your feelings, you are not going to like anything that fails to meet your expectations at that time.
Its better to separate logic from emotions with an open minded approach before concluding that "your personal" experience equates to a bad store or employee.
Im not saying they are perfect, but they have been my "go to" parts store since 2008 without any problems that could not be resolved to satifsctions.
Change your expectations based on the situation and the outcome will reflect that.
Great professional and helpful staff who are always willing to help.
