Today went and got a battery at this location and the grey shirt acted like he didnt hear me when I asked him if they still installed batteries. He told me I can install it, I said "No, do you all still install them" He said "Oh, you want me to install it? " then made it like I was inconveniencing him. I also asked him since he's about to take the battery out why is he charging me a core, I know from previous interactions they don't have to. He told me he had to because that's how the system works. He then started asking me in a I don't want to do this attitude if my truck was lifted or if there were braces and stuff for him to remove. I explained its a stock 2wd truck so nothing in the way. When he finally made his way outside with no jacket (its freezing out, and they do this everyday so make no sense he wouldn't have one) he complains to me that there is a brace in the way and he would have to remove it, then i tell him battery is right here on drivers side not even a hold down keeping it in.literally remove the two side post and switch. I didn't catch his name he was a bearded heavier guy. Every time I go to this store I have some kind of issue and I have been coming to this store for over 15 years because its the closest and easiest to get to. And every few years they hire a helpful person but then they are gone in a few months. Not sure If its just better to go to Oriellys just down the street at this point.

AMAZING Customer service! We went to get a new battery for our Flex, and both gentlemen helped us put it on and were just great guys! One older man and a younger man. The woman who greeted us when we walked in was also super friendly and helpful!

Irene did a great job in every way. Finding credit on my battery in car and changing out my key fob battery. Christopher did a fantastic job installing battery and explaining that a car with a lot of electronics you should start often because electronics are still running with the engine off!

Came in to get new bulbs for my tail light and had great experience. Jesse P helped me out and installed the bulbs and made sure I was good to go.

Had to exchange a bad alternator, has lifetime warranty, went in it was tested for assurance of fault and was out the door with a replacement. I'm glad I went with local AutoZone and not online like had planned when I bought it!

My battery was as shot as my monthly budget so I headed to Auto Zone for help. After assessing the situation, one of the employees explained he couldn't replace the battery due to the corrosion on the terminals and I would probably need to take it to a repair shop. It takes a lot to get me down but I was right there when another employee, Tommy S, swooped in and said that it was going to be a challenge but he was willing to take a shot at changing out the dreadful battery. Before I knew what was happening, Tommy S, a.k. A. The Battery Whisperer, had me on my way home with my brand new battery purring away under the hood of my car. Thank you Tommy and God Bless you!

Ernie Z.helped me tonight with checking and changing my battery! I was in a panic because I can’t be without my car during these hard times and Ernie swapped out the battery fast! Absolutely pleased with this location and service! Thank you for your hard work because I wouldn’t have been able to do it on my own!

My battery went bad and so did my lower back, an employee named Tryston was really helpful and friendly testing the battery and helping me find one at a good price. Because I hurt my back he took the old one out and replaced it. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

I purchased a battery for my vehicle after they tested the battery and said it was “ bad”. The man who helped me was a manager in training and took the time to install the new battery. I appreciated his work so I tipped him after he said “it’s all good” and directed me to start my vehicle. It started right away, so he shut the hood and I drove off.
Fast forward 12 days, and after dinner at a restaurant we tried to start the vehicle and it wouldn’t start. I checked the battery and discovered that the positive connection was so loose it easily slipped off. I had to call family to come and jump start my vehicle and I drove straight over to the AutoZone I bought it from. There, I asked an employee who was cleaning the front door glass and I asked him for help. He did not stop wiping the glass and appearing irritated said “I’ll be with you in a minute”. I entered the store and realized the employee wasn’t interested in helping me, so I went to the counter where there was another employee behind the counter. He was just as indifferent and irritated and said that I needed battery post shims. By this time he was on the phone, but he did say he “didn’t think we have any”. I wondered if this guy knew the inventory of the store (which did not have any other customers at the time) or was just to disinterested in helping me.
I then asked to borrow tools to try and figure a way to tighten the connection. The employee behind the counter remained where he was and pointed out a half empty tray of sockets. The employee also said that he “didn’t think” the socket I needed was in there but “give it a try”. The tools were useless and I returned them when none of the sockets fit.
I left the store, but I called a few minutes later to get the managers name. The employee who answered was not very helpful and said he didn’t know who the manger of the store was.
The next day I drove the vehicle to the O’Reilys down the street. Not only was I greeted upon entering the store by three helpful, adult employees, but THEY immediately found what I needed for the battery post. AND, they offered to install it and had the tools needed. After decades of being a faithful AutoZone customer I think I’ll give O’Reilys my business for a while.

I was getting a bulb for my headlights and almost got the wrong brightness. The guy there explained how to read the information on the bulb. Very helpful.

The employees at this location were so helpful in trying to figure out exactly why my remote key fob and battery were not working. In particular Paul found a way to get into my Traverse and get me a new battery. I am so appreciative of the service and understanding of how to fix my issue.
