AutoZone Auto Parts, Mexia TX

Stopped in to purchase wipers. Young Man said we had to buy more than wipers before he would put them on. I have always dealt with the older sales person. He has always been helpful. If the same rude young man is there I will go elsewhere. And by the way I wasn't calling him number one as he stared at me as I left.

They can't find there way into anything from online to store and the system was so slow I gave upnon the receipt after waiting ten mins but quick help and accurate tot he order

The young lady who was working was very friendly yet the gentleman coworker was extremely rude. If I go in again for parts and he is working I will turn around and go to O'Reilly's down the road.

Excellent customer service. We were coming back from an out of state road trip and needed a check engine light diagnostic, so we stopped at This autozone location. Great job.

We were in need of some tools to help change an RV tire blowout and they had the necessary tools to help with this process. Their staff offered to help us find everything we needed. We were in and out fairly quickly.and were able to get Marilyn (the RV) back on the road and to our destination (Fort Parker) with a new valve stem. Helpful crew indeed.

I'm an AutoZoner for life. They bend over backwards to take care of each and every person!

Went in for a battery and needed a courtesy install. Three employees on duty. Manager I assume said it would be a two hour wait and suggested I go to Walmart even though he wasn’t currently assisting any other customers. Went to O’Reilley’s and they assisted me in five mins. Never seen anyone try so hard to not work. Cost a sale!

Not my usual part store but they had the cabin air filter that Napa and O'Reilly's didn't have.

All I did was recycle a box of dead batteries so they were properly disposed of (highly recomended) a gentleman was very nice and as a bonus on another trip a woman hotter than Anna N. Smith was working & after I got my breath back all I could say was Thank you (for saving our environment & making the world a better place) I will be doing my part in saving the planet one battery at a time.

Nice and clean. Employees are friendly. Just limited on available stock so you find yourself going back and picking up your parts later more often than not.

Autozoners are friendly and WANT to help you as soon as you walk in! They go out of their way to help you find what you need and get checked out.

Called the store to get a battery. The lady answered the phone said they were fixing to close. I told her I was in groesbeck and she said she would wait for me. This lady is an awesome employee. Autozone is lucky to have her. She was very friendly and a big help.

The auto zone in mexia tx really disappointed me i rented a ball joint tool from them on 11/03/20 brought it back the next day 11/04/20 to gety money refunded but instead of refunded my money they ended up charging me again for it so I've be charged 129.90 twice plus the 27.00 dollars twice for over draft fees and I've been waiting since 11/04/20 for them to credit my money back to my bank account I'll probably not shop there they really suck

We had an unusual incident with a battery as of no fault of Autozone. I will not go into the issue due to others may try to scam Autozone. I called Autozone and explained the incident and the young man listened and said politely to let him get his manager. Christy the manager came on the phone and was so kind to listen as I told her I truly didn't know if I needed to call or not. She took my name and number and asked me to let her talk to her store manager and the next morning she'd call me back. The next morning Christy called me and told me how to very satisfactorily solve the issue. These folks were so kind to solve the issue in a great way for the customer. Kudos to Christy for looking out for her customers. I would recommend Autozone for batteries but most of all for great customer care!

This was the only bad experience i ever had there been shopping there for tears but this time the girl behind the counter was very rude. Would not look for my part pulled it said these are what i have. I said these pics dont match she stated i dont what to tell you this what the computer shows your out of luck. Very rudely and snooty. Refused to assist further than that. I was very disappointed that autozone would allow this

I had to get some brake parts and what I really like about this location is that they greet you when you come in the door they're very friendly and courteous they exhibit service with a smile always helpful even when you call them on the phone there's no extended wait times like most other Auto Parts shops kudos to the employees at this location
