Battery Problems
Car had to be jumped off
was heading out of town
I went straight to Autozone
I spoke with a gentleman I explained my problems with my 18 Honda Accord
and right awake he said let me check your car battery
Mr Khan right away knew what to do
He said it was my battery and it would have to be replaced he took care of everything
I was so relieved

I was looking for a new pair of windshield wipers and Ricardo (employee) came up and asked if I needed assistance. Ricardo found the correct set I needed and even installed them for me in the parking lot. I highly recommend this Autozone location to my family and friends. It's been awhile since I have been to Autozone but I will continue to do so in the future.

ALL Of The Auto Zones Are Wonderful! I Am Solo Chick With A 28 YO Truck And Am Capable Of Minor Mechanical Repairs/Replacements. Auto Zone Has Never Let Me Down! And If 1 Location Doesn't Have What I Need, They'll Check Other Locations, Call Ahead, And It's Ready For Me When I Arrive. I've Even Done Work In Their Parking Lot, And If I'm Missing A Proper Tool, They Will Lend It To Me. And, If Necessary, An Associate Will Come Out To The Parking Lot And Either Assist, Or Advise!

I had a hard time starting my Mitsubishi Outlander while picking up some food today. I came to the store on South Main in Pearland Texas & it was found that my battery was bad. Mr. Khan was so helpful yesterday. My engine light came on and said to put a quart of oil ASAP. If not, it may cause damage to my car. I didn't know where to go since there are no Full Service Gas Stations around anymore. So I stopped at Auto Zone and Mr. Khan was more than happy to help me select the right synthetic oil AND put the oil into my car's engine. Thank you so much, Mr. Khan!

I was told to have my battery checked and Sunday morning i go in ask to have my battery checked, and yes i was bad i asked the manager Ruben if he had one in stock and he did and i also asked if he could help me install it. Ruben said yes, without hesitation, went got his tools and proceeded to change my battery without any problems. Professional, courteous, fast, friendly and done right. This is the second battery i have bought here and had them change it, so YES i will keep going back. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.

Bought the wrong size wiper blades at a different autozone. Came to this one to exchange. I only had a picture of my receipt on my phone. Khan was so nice he processed my review and he put the new ones on my car for me. Great service from him
