7Very helpful may be busy but they try their best to move fast got the part I needed real quick thank you!
Not good, employee ordered wrong part. To top off he ordered it at another location. When we arrived at the other location, it was already closed, although employee told us they closed at 10. Then next day, it wasn't even ready, I had to wait another almost 10 min, to find out it want the part I needed, they ordered it wrong.
I'd like to give some recognition to an employee by the name of Ignacio. He helps customers and makes their day easier with his knowledge. I'm glad to say Thank You AutoZone this is a great employee you have. Don't ever forget great employees are hard to find. Pete with Ignacio on a team are great to have. I hope YOU show them this its nice to know customers appreciate them THANK YOU CARLOS THE MARINE

Customer service is good the only thing the line is always long and you have to wait for a long time and there's always a lot of employees and I don't know why they take so long anyways
I was told because of Covid that they could not come out and help me check my OMD. 10 minutes later they were out there helping a gentleman do the same exact thing that was very rude. Cheap foreign parts
