They don't take good care of me when I go, and they don't have anyone who speaks Spanish, period
Absolute garbage customer service by the on-duty part sale manager Lee. This man's picture is next to the word incompetence in the dictionary. It took him 45 minutes to process a simple warranty return and repurchase of an h7-dlg battery via my commercial account. He either barely knew how to operate commercial mode or he doesn't care about his job. The level of slow this man possessed is absolutely ridiculous. He would answer the phone and help other customers, then once done, stare at the return screen trying to "figure out" how he was going to process the return. When he finally figured out how the process was going to work out, nearly 30mins later, he returned the battery I bought in 2020 for $144.99 and tax, and instead of adding the new battery in the same cart, returned it, then processed a separate transaction, and instead of charging it back to my commercial account so that I could pay the difference between the new battery price and the old battery price (roughly $60) I ended up paying the full amount of the battery. I worked 2 years at the Ennis store #3111,1 year at store #3513 (waxahachie, tx I believe) and a year at the Kaufman Texas store. I was a PSM 2.5 of those years and was cross trained in commercial. I find it absolutely ridiculous that AutoZone hires such incompetent people WHO CAN'T PROCESS A PRO-RATED RETURN. I EVEN TRIED TO GIVE HIM ADVICE AND TELL HIM TO TRY DOING IT THE WAY DESCRIBED ABOVE. I've been a faithful customer of my home store in ennis since I quit autozone back in 2013. Not that it matters to AutoZone as a whole, I am never shopping with y'all again. Absolute garbage experience. I will be going back tomorrow to get the $160 sitting my commercial account credited to the battery via, returning the battery I purchased, getting the $200+ back on my card and rebilling the battery to my commercial account and paying the difference. I honestly believe I shouldn't have to pay that difference because of the garbage customer service but, I'll keep dreaming.
Super helpful, courteous and professional staff assisted me with the purchase and then installed the item. This is a full service must stop at store if you own a vehicle! Thanks again.
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but they never have the parts I need when most neighboring auto zones do.
I was at this store on 2/15/23. I had an incident happen on my vacation. I stopped by this store. Maria was so kind to help us with her experience. She patiently help me retrieve my credit card from under my console. She was very professional. Thank you for having employees that take customer service to the next level!
Pathetic service, bald head frog eyed manager is useless. Anywhere but there has minimum average service. 0 stars is what should be given honestly
As always I had to practically take my owners manual and build sheet si I could get wipers, paper towels and a dome light bulb
I've always had a great encounter with the associates of AutoZone every time I go in there they are very helpful and friendly and I don't treat you or talk to you like you're stupid because you're a female and some of the employees can go into great detail of the part that you're getting to give you good knowledge of it I love my AutoZone the customer service from the associates of AutoZone in gun barrel has been amazing everytime

I was in a very difficult situation that involved Autozone and a local dealership. I didn’t think the issue was going to be resolved. I called several people and wasn’t getting anywhere so I decided to visit the autozone in Ennis. I explained my situation to Alex and Carol and they were very understanding and wanted to do everything they could to help me. They were able to get the issue resolved that day. I’m so very thankful for all their hard work. The staff and management at this location truly cares about the customer even if it’s the end user. THANK YOU SO MUCH! You guys are amazing!
