I heard that Auto Zone provides free battery and alternator checks. This is what I needed to determine the cause of my vehicle starting issues. The battery was bad and needed replacement. I paid for the battery and the installation was free. This is very convenient and more affordable than going to the mechanic for a simple issue.

Very sad experience from a so called manager a lady at auto zone. I bought a battery duralast platinum with manufacturer date September 2019, with warranty of 3years free replacement. This lady management try to tell me it was off warranty but prorated only. I insisted and called the district manager, who interverned.
Get out of this ZONE

Came in late at night, didn’t expect the best service, but Alex Rodriguez was very helpful and kind.

Alex R.waited on me and was awesome! He provided excellent customer service! Replaced my dead battery for me in this awful heat and was smiling and pleasant the entire time! I won’t ever go anywhere else now!

I recommend coming to this AutoZone they have Absolutely the Best Service Ever. So friendly, nice and even nice enough to install my battery. If i could rate them 10 stars I would. Please tell everyone how Awesome they are.

Came to this store from the Green Oaks I-20 store after I stood there for more than 3-4 minutes with them staring at me while I'm in line to get brake pads and not 9ne person actually came over to help me and I was the ONLY person there. Have had issue with this store before and will never go back. Bunch of clowns there. Cooper store is further away, but have always had awesome service there!

This location is consistently fantastic! Above my service expectations, every time. Recently bought a used car, and they've expertly taken care of every question and helped with a smile.

Batteries and oil are too expensive at Autozone. I paid $200 for a Honda Civic battery. Oil cost over $7 a quart. I can get it at another location for 4.50 per quart.same oil.

A place I'll shop to get all of my car parts, but they could a larger selection of nuts and bolts lol lol this way I don't have to go to ace hardware

I'm walking here two employees was helping the customer never said hi to me I walk around for good 2-3 minutes they got done to with the customer still do I need help or not don't even say nothing look at me and walk off maybe cuz I'm not a white person or what

Trying not to be rude or harsh, but this store is "well used" and could seriously use some cleaning. And todays age of germs and bacteria? You shouldn't feel like you should use sanitizer after handling items off the shelve or touching the door handle.

Only had 1hr on my lunch break, not trying to be impatient as she was probably new but the girl didn’t know what make a Camaro was, didn’t know what a turn signal was, wanted me to pull it out in the parking lot and make sure it was the right one.that’s literally what you have the computer for to tell you what fits what model. Manager was standing right next to her not taking any customers and did nothing to help. Lol just went next door to O Reilly’s, ain’t nobody got time for that
