Good service great people but lack automotive experience, need more training. Need to bring the books, the
Weatherly rack is what I used and a great for training. I worked for AZ for about 13years in San Antonio. I had to other sources in San Antonio to get her a part number to go by.

"Michael B" couldnt help us, kept ignoring us, til we politely insisted he come outside to run the computer.we wanted him to please run the computer on our car and he refused due to no check engine light on. He came outside for less than 30 seconds only to say he's not a mechanic, "go to a mechanic" then walked away.

The Girl with a red shirt and long name was super helpful and ran multiple tests on our car, she let us know what deals they had going on with buying batteries and other things. Wish i would've got her name to include it, she was awesome, really apreciate her help, glad to see for every bad one there's a good one:)

Colleen was very helpful, very kind and always helps me find my auto parts. She is a valuable employee and deserves a raise.

Two times went there and said no more! No ever been spoken to I such a manner. Both time l caught then charging more than the listed price.

I typically avoid autozone due to bad experiences back home in san antonio, but Nellie went above and beyond with amazing knowledge and customer service. Fast, friendly, and out the door. I was greeted promptly, was walked over to my desired product and given multiple options. Nellie is the only reason I'll be going back to autozone. She is an amazing employee with great customer service and knowledge about the products she sells.

Chris Chavez - The best service I’ve ever experienced from an auto parts store by far! I was completely stranded and he made it a point, using his own personal vehicle, to make sure I got what I needed to get back on the road. He went above and beyond. Best customer experience I’ve had

I was on a road trip and Chris was so helpful and quick. He is also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

Christopher Chavez is an exceptional worker. He had great knowledge of the parts I needed and gave awesome customer service. He even took the extra step in helping me install my lightbulbs that I had no idea how to do myself. 10/10 experience.

Ms Karen cude was very helpful to me as I came in she greeted me and asked what could she help me with and I asked for a fan belt for my car and she got the right one for me and she said is there anything else you need I said yes can you come check my battery for me and she did and told me that it was good for awhile I have no complaints at all she was what she does best I love the smile and greetings that I receive when I came into the store. I was very disappointed by the service I got in there. I went in and couldn’t get help with finding what I needed. Got the wrong part 3 times, didn’t get my issue fixed, and the lady that helped me was really rude. I’ve heard really good things about this place but I won’t be going back at all.

Karen cude is an amazing manager with this company. She is extremely helpful and so sweet and she gets you the right parts every time. She has helped me so much with my Frankenstein build I’ve got and has never given me any issues with finding the right part every time. She’s your go to girl when it comes to parts

I came in a few times asking parts for my Jeep Wrangler rubicon and what could be the issue I was having with it Jeff has helped more times than I can count and very well knowledgeable on the vehicles I highly recommend talking to him about finding the right part and diagnosing your vehicle right and getting u out the door with the right part!

Came into the store and was welcomed by Karen cude. She helped me with an item I needed and was very polite.

Great customer service! Jeff Ellis went the extra mile to replace my wiper blades and even filled my windshield washer fluid. All of this with a friendly approach and a smile.
