AutoZone Auto Parts, New Braunfels TX

Had an issue with my trucks taillights not turning off. I pulled up to this AutoZone on Walnut Ave in New Braunfels. Paul was working behind the counter. I told him the issue, and he said, "Let's go see what the problem is. " For over 45
minutes, Paul worked on the problem and was able to fix it for me. Paul is an Awesome person! He definitely went above and beyond for me. Thank you Paul

I went to this location for a few parts. One fuel line (that was rubber and universal), a in line fuel filter, and two belts.
Both red shirt associates were useless. They allowed me to go back to match up the fuel line and to cut it. They refused to try to help me locate a new belt. Then they said “we don’t have fuel filters like that” When I know that they do.
I typically don’t go to this store and I highly recommend everyone else not to.

Drove in from San Antonio to enjoy the river and my car battery died. José helped me find what i need, as well as took time in the heat to switch my battery out. Thank you soo much for having such a compassionate and helpful team here!

I never get the right part and always have to return it for the correct one its frustrating and autozone will not be getting my business ever again

Thanks to Paul at the Walnut location in New Braunfels. I was struggling to start a lawn mower last week and he went out of his way to assist me. Though he didn't have the exact spark plug I was looking for, he found another one that he believed would work and insisted that I take it home and try it and then let him know if it worked or not. It did - and my yard looks much better! Thank you!

I bought a battery here and after four months it went dead. After taking it back here, they replaced the battery for free and Eric helped me out and put the battery in my car and I didn’t even ask him too! He was so kind and really fun to talk to. He really eased my frustrations with having a dead battery earlier in the day.

My favorite Auto Store if you need something from Bulbs to Car Batteries or W2 Spray, Windshield wipers, Sentence Trees, Seat Covers or Touchup Paint and they are always very, very friendly and helpful! AUTO ZONE is my Number 1 + Store!
