Nicolas couldn’t have been more helpful at this store! He was eager and willing to assist me in putting the washer fluid I purchased into my car. This may seem like a little thing to a lot of you, but when you’re handicapped, mobility and height are an issue when it comes to opening the hood and reaching inside under the hood! Nicolas was so pleasant and helpful! I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to replace my wiper blades.

Update: I haven’t replaced my wiper blades because I replaced my auto! Since Nicolas filled my washer fluid I have been back twice. Randall and Daniel have compounded on the great service theme! Both not only eagerly and happily assisted me in putting the washer fluid in my vehicle, they also let me know what days and hours they would be at work so I would know when I could utilize their fantastic customer service again with a familiar face.

I need filters and a headlight bulb. They looked up my vehicle and I had the parts within 5min.

Great place that helped me get a part for my car and their machine was right on. Another mechanic told me their machine could not possibly show exactly what the problem is but I got the part and their machine was right. The engine light turned off after I replaced the part.

Daniel R completely saved me today when I got stranded at Costco with a car that wouldn’t start. I walked down to get the fob battery replaced while I waited on a jump (worst luck ever, everything was dead at once) and he generously drove me back and jumped my car. After getting it back to the store he quickly helped me diagnose the problem, made sure nothing else was wrong, helped me select the part and find a mobile mechanic to come swap the starter so I wouldn’t be stranded again. The entire staff was so kind, helpful, and sympathetic making sure I didn’t have any groceries melting, that I was able to cool off in the heat, and had everything I needed. Phenomenal service that had me smiling after a very frustrating and tearful start.

Emilio was amazing he had the best customer service I have ever experienced at any parts store. He was super kind, professional, and extremely helpful. I will drive out of my way just to come to this AutoZone.

My husband shops this location and have always been pleased with the level of service. Recently due to a employee error in processing a return we were issued a voucher, instead of a credit. Noah the store manager quickly and professionally corrected what had become a ridiculous situation of not wanting to credit our CC because the voucher had expired and was issued in error. We appreciate Noah and will continue to do business here
