These guys, Are the absolute best. When my last gold battery failed at 23 months, even though I had purchased it at another store, these guys took care of me and replaced it quickly enabling me to get to work on time you can’t go wrong with AutoZone.

Gary B is an angel sent to help us. This morning at 6: 45am my daughter’s car battery died at a gas station near the AutoZone, on her way downtown to her morning college class. While I was driving to her location, Gary B saw her, and she asked him if he could help her. Even though the AutoZone was not yet open at that time (it opens at 7: 30am) he did not deny her plea for assistance. I am a lawyer and I go out of my way to help people and clients because that’s called leadership. GARY STEPPED UP AND SHOWED US HE’S A LEADER IN HIS FIELD! He checked her battery real quick, found the battery poles/terminals were loose and tightened them up for her. Gary also checked the battery and told us it was good to go! I offered to tip him or buy him coffee as gratitude, but he kindly declined. THAT’S QUALITY SERVICE! THAT’S REAL LEADERSHIP! We moved to the area recently and this is the second time going to this store, and each time they have been great. But Gary B is the BEST! My daughter and I are so grateful he went out of his way to help us, even tho his work shift had not even started yet! The store owners need to take notice of Gary—that’s the kind of leadership companies look for! So glad Gary crossed paths with us! Thanks Gary! Thanks AutoZone!
Everything went great. I was having issues with my battery and Gary tested and replaced it about 30-40 minutes. Super nice staff! Most definitely will come back to this AutoZone if I have any more car troubles.
I did not get the young man's name that waited on me but he was very very nice, respectful, a well raised young man! He installed my battery and changed my wiper blades.
This will hopefully help as a reminder that all human beings deserve respect and kindness no matter how you look. Just walked into this store and I see only 2 employees (1 was the manager), and one customer. Went to ask the employee that was not helping that one customer to tell him I needed help. The manager very rude by the way, was the one that answered with a very angry and rude tone. He told me they were very busy (1 custome) and shorthanded and that the other employee was not there to help me, that I needed to go back to the line and be patient! Unbelievable I just asked a question very kindly after saying hello (which was unanswered the first time I greeted upon my entry). I’m not affected personally by racism because I know who I am as a person, but maybe others can feel really bad considering the one customer was a white lady and the manger as well. So if you look brown or dark stay away from this store, I was treated like trash and it is not pleasant and definitely not welcoming.

I needed my battery tested/replaced but there was only one employee there late morning. The man working at the time said he could not assist me with anything outside and was very nonchalant and rude about it. Good thing I kept my truck running because I was worried it would loose charge if I turned it off. I drove to O'Reilly's Autoparts, they tested the battery, it failed and they replaced it without any fuss. Sad to say, do to the attitude of the one employee, I will no longer be using AutoZone for any of my service needs.
Great store and the guys who work there. They go above and beyond. I'm not going to put any specific certain somebody on blast but they actually stayed open late for me to get there and get the parts that I needed today or tonight I should say and I appreciate that very much. I came all the way from Hockley to get it and I was running late and well I got the parts.thank you guys and I appreciate you.
I went to AutoZone and asked them if I needed to add coolant, the attendant couldn't figure out how to open my hood, so I did it and he had no idea what I was talking about, he asked for help and the manager said we are not mechanics and figurer out on myself. Horrible service, poor communication, it wasn't even busy but I guess there lazy because there not mechanics
Got a new battery and was I installed but still wasn’t working. Calixto Ruiz come to look at it and clean the terminals and the van started great. He definitely knows what he’s doing and would certainly use them again.
