Usually has what we're looking for at the best price. Have had a few issues showing an item was in stock online, only to drive there & find out they don't have it. Best to call to confirm first.

Highly unorganized! Rude! They do not answer the phone. They have under-acheivers, whose inventory is anaccountrd for. Pure chaos! They are there to collect a check and nothing more!
DO NOT EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I needed my license plate light replaced and I can’t tell you how many places I went and got turned down. When I walked into AutoZone it was somewhat busy when Jacob greeted me. I let him know what I needed done and he walked over to my vehicle with me. It was a hassle getting the plastic covering off the light but not once did he complain he was determined to figure it out. After a lot of back and forth with tools he was able to take it off. He was able to match the light I needed and he offered to put it on for me as well. He made sure I was satisfied with the color of the light and made sure to put the plastic covering back on correctly. I also needed windshield fluid and he offered to put that in for me as well. He also noticed my wipers weren’t in the best condition and offered to replace those as well but the ones I needed weren’t in stock. He offered to have them ordered and would let me know when they came in. I told him not to worry I would be back at a later time to purchase. Phenomenal customer service! I wasn’t just a number he really cares about his customers. Because of Jacob I will definitely be back! Jacob thank you for everything! Definitely God sent!

The store was busy with customers, but the staff team still went above and beyond to help me as my car was stranded in the parking lot. Very kind and knowledgeable.
