Best customer service I’ve ever experienced, I went in thinking I would need to buy a new battery but they took the time to look up the warranty and it was still covered they even came out and installed it for me.

I had a truly amazing experience at this store! It turns out the battery was the issue with my vehicle. The manager was very kind to help me! Honestly, the best customer service I've experienced in a long time! I will definitely be coming back with all my car needs.

Reynaldo Garcia is a star assistant manager! He helped me change out my bulb in a heartbeat on my 17 BMW X3! Great customer service here at this spot!

These guys will do anything to get out of covering a warranty on a battery. Called them to look up my battery as I was down here in Edinburg while my battery failed. Gave the manager my info on our commercial account. He said there was only 2 batteries listed. One in 2020 and one in 2023 so I said it’s the one in 2020 obviously. He said the part number did not match. Liar!
Had my brother go back to the store in Laredo and lo and behold back in 2020 that battery was purcased. Duralast gold part # 78DLG.order date 11-27-2020. I would recommend everyone save your receipts when you make a purchase in Edinburg at that E university location. I cost me full price due to this selfish fool at this location.

Had to try to convince these guys to come check the part outside on the car but no. I guess I’ve been spoiled by the above and beyond workers at other locations too bad. Never going to this one.

Amazing service by all staff, Daniel R went above and beyond with helping me change my battery in this heat. I will definitely be returning to this Auto Zone for any future mechanical needs.

I had a great experience at this location! The staff was incredibly kind and patient with me, answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. They went above and beyond basic service by performing a comprehensive check on my vehicle to diagnose the check engine light. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the diagnostic codes to me on their computer. He even offered to provide the necessary parts and gave me a clear price breakdown. Overall, I was very impressed with the level of service I received here, especially compared to my experience at O'Reilly's. Highly recommend!

Rey and Joe both showed professionalism and superior customer service as soon as I walked through the door. Joe found the exact part I needed and Rey recommended me additional products that I should use. I’ll buy these two gentlemen a pizza any day.
